"This was a fantastic place to stay: clean, comfortable, and in an excellent location just around the corner from Shakespeare’s Birthplace. Although it is in the pedestrian-friendly walking district, parking was still easy and convenient. And the location is great for exploring town. "Ein sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus. Moderne helle Küche. Kleiner Garten mit Terrasse und Grill. Wohnzimmer mit 3 Sofas unten. Wir konnten sogar unsere 5 Freunde empfangen. 3 schöne Schlafzimmer oben und ein Bad mit Dusche. Für Hunde wurde auch Futter bereitgestellt. Wir wurden mit frischer Milch und Müsli empfangen. Ein Parkplatz ist direkt an der Haustür vorhanden. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und hätte uns jeden Wunsch erfüllt. Sehr gerne buchen wir das Cottage wieder."

"Very comfortable, well equipped accommodation in a lovely setting. Warm welcome from our hosts who were very friendly and helpful. Moat house pub serving good food within a few minutes walk was a definite bonus. Nice location for visiting Stratford upon Avon and lots of attractions around the area. Would definitely stay again."

"The cottage was exceptionably clean and looked exactly as advertised.
The views are fabulous as is the wildlife and surrounding area.
The bed was very comfortable and the rooms are spacious. Loved the patio doors in the living area and having so many opening windows throughout.
Great powerful shower too.
The hosts, live on the working farm and are all lovely and friendly.
It was lovely waking up to the sound of the dawn virus and the steep bleating.
Would definitely recommend this...

"Travelled with family. Easy access to lock box outside. Spacious. Lovely 3 bedroom charactered house. Good location. En-suite bedroom on first floor with 4 poster bed with TV. Top floor have two bedrooms, would be perfect if there is another TV upstairs too for the children! Kitchen well equipped with dishwasher. Very pleased about the deep bath ! "

"Amazing stay in this spacious character property. Everything we needed for a girlie night away for 6 of us (a room each). We had great weather so we could sit in the quiet garden. Masses of ice in the freezer and an ice machine so that was a bonus. Highly recommend."

"The flat was well located for the NEC and sufficiently kitted out for our needs for a one night stay. Secure parking is great. The host was very responsive and provided very detailed information about check in etc.It does need a bit of a revamp though, freezer is very iced up, bathroom is a bit tired and kitchen tap was very loose when we were there."

"Visited in June with 2 girlfriends for 50th birthday trip. The cottage was perfect for our needs. We each had our own bedroom. One definitely needs to be nimble enough to manage the staircase and the low ceilings on the top floor but we had no issues. The host was quick to respond to any questions/needs. The amenities were excellent - record player, fully furnished kitchen and the lovely outdoor seating area in back. We had morning tea & coffee out there and wine in the evenings. Location...
