This property is stunning and perfect for gathering a large group of people. We rented the whole property and it provided a perfect space for getting our large group of friends and kids together for a birthday celebration. There is great outdoor space for the kids to play and explore and for the adults to play and socialize. The cabins had everything we needed and great outdoor cooking space. We will likely be back here again! Our only hiccup was with check in. We were traveling from all over the state of Montana and had one flying from out of state, so a few from our group arrived 45 minutes earlier than the 4pm check in time. We had driven hours and had a couple children who needed to use the restroom, but the code provided for the cabins did not work. When we reached out to Vacasa, the automated system then sent us a text thread to talk with someone. They then tried to claim that we were unable to check in until 4, and therefore the code locks would work at 4. I knew they were wrong though, because the coded locks on the cabins were not that fancy and there was no way that they were time sensitive. And even after I explained to them that we had children who needed to poop, we were left to hang outside the cabin until 4. Well to no one in our groups surprise, when 4 came, the code still didn’t work. Ultimately they had a local person contact us and help us get in, and that person was great. The out of state property management co really didn’t know anything about the place
