"I normally have a good weekend and have no issues with your rooms but this past day, I was in room 108. The lock was broken and every night that I was there I complained about the lamp on the night table. It kept flickering on and off on and off continuous, and they just kept wanting to change the bulb and I told him multiple times. "Staff was great. Place was clean. Problem was my room. Door had an inch gap in it toward the bottom. Very low water pressure, tub would not drain, no shampoo, conditioner or body wash. All bottles were completely empty. Shower head came off while showering. Toilet wouldn’t flush. I really feel it that our room was not ready to have us. So many things wrong. "

"Hot tub was not filled all the way and the chlorine burned our eyes. The waffle makers need to be updated because even with spray the waffles stuck. There were oranges, apples, waffles, milk, coffee, cereal, muffins and raisin bagels and toast. No eggs, sausage or bacon.. there was some oatmeal and juices too.. overall we did like staying tho. The kids enjoyed the pool"
