"We were thrilled to stay at Karl’s cottage and had an amazing time as always! We were able to see deer and turkeys throughout each day and enjoy the tire and tree swings on the property with our kids, and the upstairs is perfect for running and playing when it’s too windy, rainy, or cold. The house is perfectly located near Moonstone Beach, the playground, Fiscalini Ranch, and the town. We look forward to visiting again!"

"This place was absolutely perfect! Great location and is extremely quiet. Snacks were there for me when I arrived! Everything is clean and comfortable. "

"This property was perfect for us! The cottage was well stocked with all the necessities and the master bedroom was spacious! Super comfortable bed and a lot of natural light. Bill was great and very accommodating! We loved our stay and will be back!"

"Great place to stay. Could not have asked for a better location. Park and shoreline trail right across the street. Easy 15 minute walk to the aquarium. Plenty of onstreet parking spaces (though we were only there mid-week). Host was friendly and helpful. "

"The location & place itself was wonderful! It was right across the street from the ocean. The place was very clean, had plenty of towels & blankets. We walked a lot to restaurants & short drives to the aquarium & other places. The communal pool wasn’t as close as we expected. The only thing I wished we had was an assigned parking space. We came home late one evening & the spot in front of the house was taken so we had to park across the street. "
