"This is a very unique place. I absolutely loved the fact of how remote it is. It’s amazing to not hear a soul and be literally in nature. Firepit hot tub and a lovely set of neigbours in a friendly goat and a few sheep.

"Great place to unplug, touch grass, decompress. Comfortable deck patio, overlooking the river below. South-facing deck & sun-drenched most of the day. Decent kitchen setup, no grill. Excellent for a pair of couples with 2 bedrooms & baths. "

"The road to get here is really winding so I suggest going during daylight hours. Once we arrived, We found the parking but couldn't figure out where the place was. So we walked straight ahead of where we parked and found it. Uneven stairs to get to front door. Once we were inside it was very nice. It's only peaceful if there isn't any family's with kids in the above house, so I suggest asking first. The view from the deck is a lot of trees so you can't see much. "Overall was a good weekend. The views were stunning and property itself is great. There were a few challenges - 1 there was dead mouse in the middle of one of the guest bedrooms upon check in. This indicated to us that the house hadn’t been cleaned recently. 2 - the WiFi didn’t work at all on our first day. 3 - there is a guest house on the property that was also rented to other tenants.
