Camels, Green Cabin and more at Kaleidoscope Ranch

Come visit our camels and critters. We offer 4 uniquely themed cabins for rent on our 60 acre Guest Ranch. Darling Green Cabin is chicken themed with upstair lofts with 2 full beds and a barn facade for kids w/ 2 twins. Fully equipped kitchen. Full bathlocated downstairs. Linens and towels provided. Family room with electric fireplace, tv connects only to dvd player, dvds, games, books. Covered patio with seating. NO WIFI but you won't miss it. Hike with the mini donkeys and horses. Cuddle goats, alpacas and our mini pig. Fish in the pond or grab eggs from the coop. Fire pit
The space
Upstairs there are 2 lofts connected by a walkway. Headspace under 5'10". 2 full beds on one side and barn facade with 2 twin beds on other side.

Kitchen has everything for cooking and dining. Plates, utensils, pots, pans, bowls, baking sheets. All linens and towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap, coffee, creamer, oil, salt, pepper provided. No wifi on property. Smart tv connected only to dvd player, no cable or antennae. DVDS, games and books for all ages

Guests can wander the 60 acres, help feed the animals 2x a day, bring fishing gear and you can fish in the pond.

Seriously the best!

I cant say enough good things! We instantly clicked with the owner and Halee, it was a serene, peaceful, wonderful time overall and a whole lot of fun and adventure at the same time! We will be coming back!! 1000% recommended!!

All in one vacay

Adorable rentals, fully stocked. Want up to the rising of the sun over small hills and set animals like burros and llamas. Go help feed and clean up after the animals each morning and evening. It’s a working ranch of unique animals and has a unique playground for small children, a catch and release pond and room to take your walks with the animals. Not too far from restaurants or other activities.

Our NEW Favorite Place to Stay

This is our second time staying at the Kaleidoscope Ranch and it’s officially our favorite place in East Texas. Our kids (ages 6, 8, 9 and 11) LOVE the animals and the playground. We especially loved the Polish chickens, donkeys and camels, but ALL of the animals were very friendly and patient with our kids. We look forward to coming back soon!

We can’t get enough of kaleidoscope Ranch

This was our second stay. A few months ago, we stayed in the yellow cabin. All was wonderful, we were so impressed by the owner, Robin and her 80+ animals. This time we stayed in the green cabin, also wonderful. The kids help give baby camel a bottle 2x day, feed the ponies, mini donkeys, goats, draft horses, pigs, chickens, rabbit and kitties. This is a ranch that all kids and adults should experience. We can’t wait to go back again in a few months. Several donkeys are going to have babies soon. Robin and her “sidekick” Halle are a sizing!

Wonderful Stay at the Ranch

I can't say enough good things about Robin and her ranch. We loved staying here (for the second time!), and the kids absolutely loved the interactions with all the animals and learning about them from Robin! We will be coming back here again in the future.

Relax, unwind, and enjoy the animals!

My son and I had an amazing time at the ranch. The cabin was cool, cozy, and well equipped for inside time in the summer heat. Robin is such an amazing hostess. We loved helping at feeding time and hanging out with the animals during the day. We loved them all, but the mini donkey babies hold a special place in my heart. Great place to unwind and experience the love from the animals. Highly recommend! Looking forward to a return trip!
