"We had a wonderful stay here in the heart of Chéticamp. It was quite special to be on the water and be able to sit out with a drink in the lovely little outdoor space. It is mostly private on three sides, with many people walking by enjoying the boardwalk, but that didn’t bother us. We picked up pizza from next door which was great, and were in close walking distance to a great little cafe down the street, and the Doryman pub a ways further for some drinks and music. "This was the PERFECT place to stay for us. Four adults (two couples) so the living room and deck was perfect for us to be able to socialize comfortable in the evening. The kitchen was large and stocked with all the dishes and appliances you would need. It was SUPER clean. The double beds were cozy - we are used to a Queen size, so we just cuddled. "To be honest, we had a little trouble finding the camper. I think that was VRBO's fault though, and the fact that our US sat/nav wasn't working in Canada. But we did find it. The camper is very nice and clean, with everything that we needed for a pleasant stay. It was very nice to find that the owner of the property lives right next door, and when we needed a reboot of our breakers, he was right there to fix it immediately. "Really enjoyed staying in this home. The host was responsive and helpful with some recommendations. A very homey feel with everything you need to come back to after a long day exploring the island. Just a few min to a couple beaches, 15 min to town which felt doable even for a quick trip for ice cream, and about 30 min to the entrance to the national park. Comfortable bedding and couch. "
