"The good news. The owner is trying to rehab the facility from an outdated tired facilitate to something more modern. The room interiors have been done. Well at least the one we were in however, the outside appearance still has much to be desired. Also do not believe the hype about a sandy beach nearby. This is a inner city, older area of Milpitas. Not walking distance to the great mall. Would not suggest walking around at night. There is a reason why this hotel is priced below others in the area...

"I called twice, but never received towels and my room was not cleaned even though I called three times to have it serviced. It was really terrible service."

"Staff was helpful, but, was alone and line was long. He had no helpers. He was doing the best he could for checking guests in and guests coming by and had to ask to redo their keys. The grounds and landscaping of of the Motel were in terrible shape and not maintained at all. The rooms were cheap looking, Twin bed was a folding bed and think mattress, bathroom outdated, small and not homy. Not sure if I will stay there again..."

"The front desk staff was nice. The head breakfast lady was amazing so friendly she was great! The place was clean but housekeeping didn’t come to your room after you checked in didn’t take trash or anything we had to go ask housekeeping many times for things and to dump our trash. Also when did they start charging for breakfast?"

"Everything is dirty, broken or ripped apart. Nothing like the pictures. I booked it from May 18th-21st and left as soon as I saw the room. It’s not safe too."
