  • Freshly renovated 5 bedroom 3 bath home with fresh water pond frontage. Walk across the street to the highly desired Fortunes Rock Beach. The first floor offers an open concept living room, kitchen, and glassed in dining area. 2 bedrooms with a queen in each room and 1 full bathroom concludes the first floor. Walk upstairs to 3 more bedrooms; the master bedroom suite has a king size bed with stunning water views from the bedroom and bathroom, the bunk room features 2 bunk beds, one with 2 twins and a twin trundle bed. The other bunk bed has a full size bed on bottom and a twin on top. The bunk room has ample toys and a TV. The final bedroom on the second floor has a queen size bed. Step outside on the 2nd floor balcony to enjoy the views of the ocean and back yard. The side deck offers a gas grill and furniture. This property has air conditioning, high speed WiFi, Smart TV's, and much more. Parking is limited to 4 cars. All Coastline Vacation Rentals are stocked with a starter pack of paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, conditioner, dish soap, hand soap, sponge, and more essentials! Linens and towels are also provided.

    **Gas grill is not available for guest use over the winter (October through April)**

The house was perfect!

Everything about the experience was great! The house was the right size and was able to meet our needs. It was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The location was perfect. This is our second year coming and are planning to come again.

House was so great, with ample rooms, bathrooms for a large group. The location was just a very short walk to gorgeous beach you could walk for miles. Had all you could need in kitchen for meals and a very nice view in dining area. Will definitely stay again if in the area.

Great Family Fun!

This was our fourth weeklong summer stay. The home and property are beautifully maintained. There are plenty of activities in the area including fresh lobster, mini golf, shops, breweries, and more. The beach is a very short walk and not very crowded. Our three-generation family of 10 had plenty of space inside and outside. We're already looking forward to next summer.

Perfect Vacation Stay

The home was perfect - clean, spacious, decorated beautifully. The location was just a few feet to the most beautiful beach, just as advertised. We loved our week there and look forward to coming back soon!

Great Location, Fantastic house for Kids

We stayed here for a little family gathering and had an amazing time! The room with the bunk beds was fantastic for the kids to play in! The short walk to fortune rocks beach was very nice!

Great house for a big family vacation

Three generations stayed comfortably. Very well equipped kitchen for making Christmas dinner. Short walk down to the beach with lovely views from the master bedroom.

Great Place

We stayed here with family for a graduation. Property was perfect for our sized group. The property manager was quick to respond to our questions or requests. Will stay here again.

Great spot for active families

Well located a short walk to the beach and close to many amenities, three families of teens and tweens enjoyed the ocean and independence getting to and fro. A couple parents had to put in a few hours of work, and the desks/workspaces were helpful for this. Lovely house, definitely recommend!

Family Fun

We really enjoyed our stay. The home was very spacious, clean, and well stocked. The short walk to the beach was terrific and the beach was never crowded. It was short drives to Lobster, mini golf, hiking, gin distillery, and local brewery. We had 10 people and would recommend this property to large extended families.

Best vacation house ever!

We had the best time here! Not only is the view lovely, the house is in pristine condition. All the beds were comfortable as were the couches. We had a small issue with the water smelling like sulfur and they sent the plumber out the next day and fixed it. Honestly this is the best property I’ve ever stayed at and we all would love to come back.

Not at all as advertised. No Murphy bed in the king bedroom . It's a blow up mattress in the closet. No pull out bed in the living room it's a dirty mattress at the top of the stairs ( that when lifter to check if we left anything behind before we left was on top of a nest of bugs and dirt . Not enough pillows for all guests ( host was informed beforehand exactly how many guests would be there. Not enought cutlery, not enough towels, dining chairs etc. we had to go out and purchase chairs and pillows and cutlery to be able to use the space. No check in instructions were given . I had to call VRBO 2 hours before check in to get the host to reapply. No check out instructions were given . We tried to clean before we left but there were no cleaning products just oven cleaner. The backyard was completely overgrown with a wobbly staircase to get outside. We couldn't let the kids go outside. The carpets were stained and hard . Overall an embarrassing stay for my family whom traveled from Scotland to visit.The place was very neat up for a (brand new build) we spent more time taking photos of the property to cover our back incase we were blamed for how damaged the property was when we arrived. Beware

Awesome house and yard in a fantastic location!

Every year our five old college buddies get together for an annual guitar camp. This Fortune Rocks house was fantastic! It had everything we needed. The all glass dining room was the perfect way start the day with morning coffee and breakfast. The kitchen was well equipped for our gourmet chef buddy. The beds were comfortable and the large glassed enclosed tile shower was a treat. Cape Porpoise is conveniently located for nature hikes, great restaurants, and Portland attractions/events. The guys all agreed that we’d come back to this house next time guitar camp is in southern Maine.
