"Great stay for the experience. The single wagon is located in a really quiet farm area. Pay no attention to the address on VRBO -the owner’s directions are the only one to use. It may come the same day of the stay. Wagon has comfy bed, heater, coffee and tea makers. The bathroom is of course not in the wagon and is only a short 150 feet away. Very nice bathroom. Enjoy. Bonus - dark sky area and great view of Milky Way. "

"This is very good value property to stay at if you are visiting Capitol Reef (and you should!). Room is fine for a couple of nights. Best features however are games room, laundry, and chickens. Highly recommended if you need to balance the budget after more expensive accommodation elsewhere"
