"The room was clean however because it’s in a what I call commercial building. There are codes needed to access it and the lift is extremely small so large luggage and multiple people don’t fit. The staff was helpful, when they are there."

"Vatican style staff was exceptionally hospitable and helpful. The place was nice clean, if it’s your first time in Rome highly recommended to book pick up car from FCO to hotel which you can book through them. Place accessible to subway and food area it’s so very close to Vatican City you’ll see the walls right outside your hotel. And souvenir shopping is accessible right outside doorsteps. Luckily this place has lift for your luggage’s. Highly recommended and will definitely be back here."

"Great experience and the location is perfect. If your interest is to see the Vatican, this is the place to stay. If you plan on going to the Pantheon or Trevi fountain from here, go early. (We rented scooters at 4:30am) The food at the breakfast location is phenomenal. It’s a 2 minute walk from hotel. Many options on the menu and if you don’t have a paper voucher for breakfast contact the host for a voucher and it will be provided."

"The shower would not drain fast enough and it flooded the bathroom. The toilet was not cleaned in a long time so it smelled like strong urine. And the A/C did not work fully and I had to check out early due to all these. AVOID."

"The room was spacious, with the couch and the tv. The bed was okay too. However, the place needed to be cleaned better. The floors were sticky and the bathroom also needed some deep cleaning. Some of our towels were stained. Only 2 caffeinated coffee pods were provided per day and no mugs only plastic cups. Same with the body wash.
