"The property itself is beautiful, but unfortunately that’s where the positives ended for us. The rooms and restaurant feel very dated, and the amenities don’t match the price. Our room didn’t even have a refrigerator, so any drinks or food we brought with us stayed warm, and the shower knobs barely worked. The pool felt more like a warm bath than something refreshing, and it was so crowded there weren’t nearly enough chairs for the number of guests. The staff was friendly, but they seemed...

"Great little place for the price. The only thing I would mention is that we couldn’t walk into town from there. It was a little further down the road than we expected so we drove into town each time, but there was plenty of free parking so it was no issue! Rise up coffee drive thru is just beside the hotel so that was cool and the breakfast was yummy and well stocked. It was a good deal!"

"My stay at Sandaway was totally awesome. If you are looking for a quiet, peaceful and relaxing vacation this is the place for you. My favorite part is the beach view. Sitting by the beach and hearing the sound of the waves and the birds and watching the wanter was heavenly. The staff were friendly, helpful and respectful. I needed assistance with my AC and they came in immediately and helped me with it. Having a pot of coffee at my door with a bag of goodies was a special treat."

"We must have been in the oldest room. Carpet that needed replacing, weird angle in the room, bathroom that also had weird angle near toilet and not long enough shower pane. The air up to the 3rd floor was broken so it was brutal walking up to the top. It's not up the hype. We will not be back. We still paid a lot of money to stay here and it was not up to standard."
