"Not quite sure how to review this property. It is advertised on Expedia as having a hot tub and that is why we booked it. When we couldn’t find the hot tub, we asked at the front desk and they said, “no hot tub but the pool is heated”. It was a very cold heated pool in my opinion… Other than that huge disappointment, it was very clean, great staff, good breakfast. I would absolutely stay there again for the other amenities. It’s just hard when you book it based on one amenity that was...

"The building looks new and located near shopping center and freeway. The elevators are located at extreme ends of the building and far away from front office which is also location for breakfast. Parking around the hotel, but you have to walk to door which is at the other corner of the building. The mattress is old and over-used. The kitchen and dining area crammed into a corner by the entrance, but the sitting area is specious and open. The TV is on a dresser by the wall between 2...

"Great location and nice two bedroom set up. The only negative is the furniture in the living room area; it is very uncomfortable to sit on. Very hard and the back of the sofa is very low. Not conducive to relaxing and watching television after a busy day."

"The building is an older building but they have upgraded the rooms, painted the entire building. Staff was friendly and helpful. The building has no elevator but the staff was able to change my room to the first floor. The only thing I didn’t care for was the breakfast. I’m not able to have gluten. The only thing they had available that I could eat, were scrambled eggs, that I believe were microwaved, liquid eggs in a bag."

"Certainly not a luxurious hotel, it is older but appears to be well kept for the most part. The grounds are clean, and the interior of the hotel is also clean. We were traveling with our dog on this trip, so this place fit the bill. Our room was a dog friendly room on the ground floor with laminate flooring, which is understandable when you're traveling with a dog. The location was convenient in the Medford area, close to everything we wanted to do and see. Nice restaurants and shopping close...
