"the room was fine. it was clean and very spacious which was a plus. it seemed old and like it hadn’t been renovated in awhile, the walls were very thin and i could hear the people in the room next to me a lot. the front desk staff was very nice and helpful, i was able to store my luggage there for a bit after check out. overall it was great for the price "

"Had a reservation and then had an mobility issue. To get to reception i had to climb 2 flights of stairs. And then i would have to climb more stairs for the room. I could not do it. I did not recieve a refund and went to stay in a different hotel

"Our apartment was quite charming with high ceilings and architectural details. It was a 2bedroom, 2 bath, advertised for 9 people. It was very comfortable for 5, but I think it’d be tight for 9.
The staff was very accommodating to our requests and friendly, but in some areas cleaning was a bit superficial. There was some mold in the shower and dust bunnies around the moulding and found trash on the one side of the bed.

Excellent stay at Mercure Warszawa Airport! The room was very clean, modern, and comfortable. The bed was great and everything was well maintained.
