"Staff were not adequetly equipped. Hotel reception was mismanaged. The room had dirty linens. Overall I wiuld not prefer to stay here next time. The only upside was that staff were responsive and kind hearted."

"It is a service apartment marketed as a hotel. Check in process was extremely confusing. You have to find the one of 30 companies that market the apartments. No one to help and no one cares. Apartment was dirty - bedsheets had stains and rowels smelled and looked dirty. Avoid with a passion"
