In the heart of a vineyard, in a region bathed by the Mediterranean sun and backed by the Thau basin, the Art of living takes on its full meaning in the "Domaine de la Grenatière".
This secure, preserved and eco-friendly residential area will allow you to enjoy a peaceful stay with high quality facilities: an outdoor swimming pool and a heated swimming pool with jacuzzi.
The Cottage is located in the heart of the vineyards of the famous "Picpoul de Pinet" in a natural setting, rich in traditions and near the port of Marseillan (2 minutes), its beautiful beach Le Lido (10 minutes). The town Marseillan is famous for its pretty busy harbor and its numerous restaurants where you can taste the oysters and shells of the Etang de Thau with a small white wine "Piquepoul".
Nearby you can also visit the town of Sète, the natural sites of the pond of Thau and Villeneuve les Maguelones, the beaches of the Mediterranean, the Salagou lake with its red lands, The natural park of Camargue, The city of Carcassonne , The Cathar castles, the villages of Collioures, or Cadaques in Spain.
The beaches are numerous near the beautiful beach Lido with its 10 kms of sand and dunes that connects Marseillan to Sète, the beaches of Cap d'Agde, ... You can also join the animation of the seaside resorts Cap d'Agde, Palavas, Grande Motte, ...
You will also visit the pretty medieval town of Pézenas (20 minutes), with its craft shops, which makes appreciated evenings during the summer.

Super séjour dans un lieu correspondant exactement à l'annonce.Logement très propre à l'arrivée dans lequel il ne manque rien. Bonne literie.Exterieur très agréable et clos, idéal pour un chien.Environs sympas pour se promener au milieu des vignes, et ballades a vélos à faire aux alentours jusqu'à Sete d'un côté et le canal du midi de l'autre. Merci aussi de l'accueil de bienvenue (petite attention pour le chien et pour nous).

Ideal für kleine Familien mit Oma und Opa

Es war traumhaft Florence ist sehr sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit super schnell im beantworten von Fragen . Das kleine Häuschen ist perfekt für einen Urlaub mit Kleinkind eine wundervollen Garten und ein kleines aber ausreichendes schönes Haus . Wir waren 2 Familien ( Oma und Opa plus wir mit unserer Tochter ) das hat super gepasst von der Raum Aufteilung war alles perfekt Wir empfehlen es von Herzen weiter und kommen sicher wieder

Erholsame Ferien

Das Cottage liegt in ruhiger Umgebung und bietet optimale Voraussetzungen für erholsame Ferien. Es gibt in der Umgebung verschiedene Der Garten ist sowohl für Mensch, wie auch Hund ein Highlight. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und verschiedene Strandabschnitte sind mit dem Auto in nur wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Auch Ausflüge in der näheren Umgebung (Marseillan, Pomérols, Pézenas, Sète, Bouziges) sind durchaus empfehlenswert, ebenso eine Degustation in einem der vielen Weingüter.

Entspanntester Urlaub seit Jahren :)

Wir haben in diesem tollen Ferienhaus 10 wunderbare Tage mit 3 Generationen verbracht. Das Haus befindet sich in einer sehr gepflegten Anlage, mitten in den Weinfeldern. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und bietet wirklich alles für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt. Der Pool befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Marseillan sowie der Strand sind in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Alles in allem ein wunderschöner Urlaub. :)

Idealer Ort zum Entschleunigen

Kleines, sehr gut eingerichtetes Haus mit schöner Terrasse/Garten mit Blick auf den Etang de Thau und das Meer. Schönes und grosser Gemeinschatspool. Teil einer Siedlung von zirka 130 Häusern (davon etwa die Hälfte dauerbewohnt). Ruhige Umgebung und ideale Basis für Ausflüge in der reizvollen Umgebung.

Très joli chalet type grand mobil-home. Extérieur très soigné et agréable avec plusieurs espaces très agréables et une vue dégagée. Sorte de "lotissement" de chalet avec espaces de jeux pour enfant + piscine et terrain multisports.

Increíble estancia

Increíble estancia en la casa de Florence. Nos recibió a nuestra llegada y nos explicó todo perfectamente, aunque no hablamos francés se esforzó por explicarnos todo en inglés y pudimos entendernos; además nos ofreció poder llamarla si necesitábamos cualquier cosa. La casa es un bungalow dentro de una zona residencial que cumple totalmente las expectativas y mas. Una decoración estupenda y todo muy práctico, acogedor y cuidado. La zona es muy tranquila y perfecta para unas vacaciones relajantes, incluso el mobiliario de la casa y jardín te animan a ello. Esperamos volver pronto y seguir disfrutando, un saludo y muchas gracias de nuevo Florence.

4 jours vacances Toussaint

Arrivés tard en soirée, nos hôtes sont venus à notre rencontre pour echanger avec nous, ce que nous avons particulièrement apprécié ! Le cottage est tres joliment décoré et les 2 salles d'eau et wc sont tres pratique en famille ! La vue est splendide et calme. La piscine couverte chauffée seule pour nous à cette epoque etait parfaite... je recommande pour la qualité du cottage, l'emplacement (5mn de l'etang, de la mer) et pour la gentillesse des hôtes !

Wundervoll - Empfehlenswert

Das sehr schöne Cottage befindet sich mitten im Weinbaugebiet Marseillan - Pomérols und bietet durch die Lage Ruhe und Erholung. In der Nähe befinden sich mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Strände sind in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto gut erreichbar. Das Cottage besticht durch seinen schönen Garten mit mehreren Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten und einen Esstisch, an dem 6 Personen gut Platz finden. Der Garten ist eingezäunt und ideal für Ferien mit Hund. Der Innenbereich ist mit vielen dekorativen Elementen sehr hübsch eingerichtet. Die Küche bietet eine sehr gute Ausstattung (Küchengeräte wie Kaffeemaschine, Standmixer, Toaster etc. und eine Abwaschmaschine). Zu erwähnen ist auch die professionelle Abwicklung der Vermietung durch Florence (klare Kommunikation, persönlicher Empfang).

Top vakantie!

Wij hadden een super verblijf in dit huisje! Top communicatie met de eigenaars! Hele fijne locatie, verzorgd huisje waarbij alles aanwezig was, proper. In de omgeving heel veel te doen, zowel voor ons als voor de kids! We komen zeker nog terug!

Zeer verzorgd en gezellig huis

We hadden een zeer fijne vakantie! Florence stond meteen voor ons klaar bij aankomst. Het huisje is iets kleiner, wel super gezellig. Zeer mooie tuin en uitzicht. In de omgeving is zeer veel te doen. Kortom, wij hadden een aangename vakantie. Bedankt Florence!

Great stay

Very good holiday! Would like to go again. Scenery is very pleasant. Good things to do around the areas with kids, and good beaches for families! Florence was a wonderful host who was very helpful and kind. The pool was great and the outdoor space around the property was outstanding. Marseillan village is only 5 mins drive away with great restaurants and lots of amenities. Would recomend 10/10!

SUPERBE

Location idyllique ; tout est pensé pour passer un excellent séjour. Aucun point négatif. les ++ : la climatisation, l'espace clos, la vue, la décoration... Et concernant notre hôte Florence : très arrangeante et très, très sympathique. Une chose est certaine : nous reviendrons (toujours accompagnés de notre Loulou) dès que nous serons dans la région. Superschöner Urlaub in einem tollen Haus

Alles in allem ein perfekter Urlaub. Gegend ruhig und sehr schön, Gastgeberin supernett und hilfsbereit (sie war bei einem kleinen Problem sofort da und hat geholfen), unser Hund war sehr willkommen und im und am Haus hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Absolut empfehlenswert.

Traumhafter Garten mit wunderschönen Ausblick

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, gerade der Garten ist ein Absoluter Traum mit Blick aufs Meer. Die umliegenden Städte sind Nachts wunderschön beleuchtet. Da die Nächte bei uns sehr regnerisch waren, hatten wir extreme Probleme mit Mücken, daher würde ich zukünftig ausreichend Mückenspray mit nehmen. ;-) Das Haus war super ausgestattet und gemütlich. Mit 6 Personen wird es jedoch recht eng, es sei denn, es handelt sich um Kleinere Kinder. Die Lage ist an sich gut und man kann schön in den Weinbergen laufen. Es ist auch recht Zentral zu den umliegenden, schönen Orte gelegen, jedoch ist man dauerhaft auf ein Auto angewiesen, um etwas zu unternehmen oder auch ein Restaurant oder Strand zu besuchen. Für uns war es jedoch perfekt und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Super huisje op een prachtige locatie!

Het huisje is schoon, comfortabel, van alle gemakken voorzien en heel smaakvol ingericht met veel leuke details. De tuin is groot, heeft veel verschillende plekjes en is heel mooi ingericht. De airconditioning was heel fijn in de warmte en werkt goed. We voelden ons zeer op ons gemak, de gastvrouw reageert snel en is heel behulpzaam. Wij hebben een topvakantie gehad.
