"A wonderfully quirky cottage, but with everything you need: a well-equipped kitchen; some of the comfiest beds I've slept in; big sofas for lounging on and a landlord who's quick to reply to questions. Ideal for a family - bedrooms are adjoining. Thoroughly recommended. "

"This is a lovely property which was ideally located for our visit to family.
We were met by the proprietor when we arrived and the property was lovely and clean, however, we found the bed a bit uncomfortable as we tended to roll together in the middle."

"My family and I stayed for 10 days at the Woodland lodge and we had a lovely time. The lodge was clean, comfortable and the kitchen had everything you could ever need to make dinner. We loved that it was close to Bury St. Edmunds and other towns in the local area. We absolutely would stay again! "

"Had a lovely one night stay in the beautifully decorated and accessorised accommodation. Bed very comfortable, every comfort you could wish for provided. Peaceful, provided breakfast in patio garden when we saw a deer slowly walk through front garden. What a treat! Recommended!"

"The cottage was comfortable and well equipped. We were met by the owner, Mark, on arrival, who was very welcoming. He provided lots of local information, including walks and pubs marked on an OS map.
The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable.
There are several properties here, but all wirh separate entrances and outside seatinf areas so they feel private.
It was a great base for a few days in the Suffolk countryside. "
