"We stay every year. We travel from North Carolina to Alabama or a family function. The manager Lisa knows us very well and the service never changes. Will recommend any family to stay at. The staff is always willing to help and the room are always clean and comfortable."

"I don't like that not once but twice something was said to me about people OUTSIDE my room...I was asleep one time and almost asleep the second. Never said anything to them, just me.talking about it'd hurt his business...well not my people or my visitors so how is that anything to do with me"

"The room was clean and well stocked for our stay. The staff was very accommodating and friendly during check-in and check-out. The hotel has plenty of parking, is easily accessible, and only a few blocks from Interstate 85. I was looking forward to some biscuits and gravy for breakfast but this item was not on the bar. Maybe they rotate the menu and I just missed it. Over all a very present stay and I would recommend anyone staying there."

"It’s one of the hotels you walk in and know it was really nice at some point. But the rooms have not been up kept, seating and bedding was dirty and I could tell they had not had a deep cleaning in a while. Breakfast was cheapest you could lay out and didn’t even have coffee creamers or teas out."

"I enjoyed my stay very much. From the time I checked in the front desk, clerk gave me a welcoming goodie bag and was extremely welcoming and friendly. It was a very safe friendly place. The breakfast was amazing and the pool was great."

"Room was clean but medicine left in the refrigerator. Trash under kitchen sink. The rest of the suite was clean. No overnight front desk so I was glad we got there early enough to check in."

"The worst part was the heat inside the hotel. While the rooms were cool to cold it must have been 90 degrees in the hallways and elevator! When we checked in we were not told anything about daily breakfast and that with groups all we had to do was get a voucher at the front desk in the morning. Housekeeping was lax also! Many people were complaining about the room not being cleaned. We called front desk! We had left at 8 am to go out and when we returned room had not been attended too st 3 pm....
