"Lovely log cabin, very clean , excellent central heating with radiators in every room. Good sized fenced in garden for our dog to run around in. Veranda with table and chairs where you can sit back and watch countryside and wonderful sunsets. The cabin is up a steep gravel track so would not be suitable for cars with low ground clearance. The owner was very nice."

"We had a lovely time staying in the Daisy pod for a few days. Very well designed to maximise space and having the closed off garden was excellent for our dog. The hot tub is slightly exposed to the other gardens but once the bushes have grown a bit , I think it would be more hidden. The only draw-back is the humming noises from the heating/hot tub at night, they can be quite loud at times. Other than that, I would definitely recommend this place and cannot wait to come back."

"This has been our second stay at this location, although this time we stayed at Highland view. the reason we came back is because of the large fenced garden area with wire mesh so the dog can be let loose without a worry. Bed was very comfy with clever storage underneath, hot tub was perfect, and the caravan seems new and well kept. Excellent views as well and we will definitely come again! "Our stay was brilliant. To begin, the location and view were beautiful with the mountains and sheep in the fields surrounding the lodge. The lodge was great, had everything we needed for our stay. "We would definalty recommend elsies cottage we had a lovely Xmas break with my family Jane and Rob made sure we had a lovely time and so helpful and we arrived to a lovely welcome basket aswell as fresh bread and a lovely fresh cake 🎂 eggs milk everything you would need. Beautiful setting the cottage was stunning and so clean and inviting. We were a family of 5 adults and a dog plenty of room didn't feel cramped... xx"

"An amazing stay in a great location. Debbie made us feel truly welcome and the welcome pack of tea, milk etc was a lovely touch. Wasn't sure about a wood fired hot tub before I tried it, but was amazed how hot it got in such a short time. Converted. Great local area for visiting, some shopping and food and drink. Cannot recommend highly enough."
