Summary:

Brand new fully furnished condo in the Forest Grove Crossing community. Located 1.5 miles from Bettplex Sports Complex, Middle Road / I-80 Exit, shopping, restaurants and only 7.2 Miles to try your luck at Isle Casino. Roomy 2 bedroom(King & Queen) with 2 full bathrooms, and 2 car attached garage. Private balcony just off of the living room. Washer and dryer included in the unit. Warm up and relax next to the gas fireplace place in the living room.

Create a home cooked meal and sit around the dining room table with your family.



Sit in bar stools at the quartz countertops for breakfast and coffee.



Both bedrooms all have plenty of closet space and extra sheets as needed, especially for those longer stays. A roomy master suite and attached bathroom also has a spacious walk-in closet.



For beautiful weather, the back balcony/patio space is perfect to sit and relax.



Please note we hire professional cleaners between every stay, so you can be sure there will be fresh sheets and towels when you arrive.



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire home and may come and go as they please. While there are quiet hours, there is no curfew. We use an electronic smart lock for safe and convenient contactless entry, great for checking in and out! The 2 car attached and heated garage is available for guests to use during their stay. To note, our 2 bedroom units are on the 1st level, but there may be a step up to get into property.



Other Things to Note:

Please respect our property as we are not geared toward parties or large group. We have a high standard and intend to give our guests the best possible living space during their stay! We expect a high rating and will reciprocate accordingly. We pride ourselves on the quality of our units and as such ALL of our units are non-smoking. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.

Too close to interstate and rest area which create quite a bit of noise. Adjoining condo occupants were noisy but thankfully they were only there for a day.

This condo was very convenient for us as it is close to our daughter's house. We were without internet for two days until company could come run a new line. We only had guests in condo upstairs for two nights so it was very quiet, other than highway noise. This condo could use refreshing of furniture and linens to show its best. Management had arranged for snow clearing on drive.

The place was clean and nice. I am glad the host provided the garage code because as described, the front door code did not unlock the door. I would have liked a little more communication from the host. Meaning, I replied to their message and did not hear from them until the day of the check in. That’s just me. Over all, great place. The duplex was conveniently located to the TBK Rec Plex. We were in the first floor unit. The unit was clean, smelled brand new, and it even had an attached garage with a ramp to get the house for my mom, who uses a walker. They left garage door openers, for easier access. There was no one upstairs until Saturday night. Then there was a lot of yelling, and commotion after hours, as quiet time is from 10 pm to 7 am.

The house was perfect for us as we needed to be close to the nearby sports complex. The kitchen was well-stocked with essentials and the garage entry/exit was very convenient. The mattresses are also very comfortable and the host was prompt in our requests to extend our stay by 2 nights. All in all, just what we needed for a weekend baseball tournament.
