Le Moulin Brûlé - BETHINES

Le Moulin Brûlé is a 120 m² vacation rental spread over two levels and fully renovated. On the first floor, a beautiful living area with a view of the river includes the kitchen, dining area, living room, and restroom. Upstairs, the hallway leads to three bedrooms: two with a 160-size bed and one with a 140-size bed, as well as two bathrooms and a separate toilet. Heating is billed based on actual usage and is an additional charge (in May and September if necessary) from October through April. The decor is contemporary, and the house is very bright. A grassy yard with garden furniture, lounge chairs, and a grill is available. The old miller’s house, located across from the mill, is unoccupied and serves as a storage shed. There are plenty of walking trails and fishing opportunities right on site! A rowboat is also available for your use. Surrounded by water, this accommodations are not suitable for young children... You can walk to the village, just 400 m away—simply cross the footbridge. There you’ll find two restaurants, one of which has a post office, a bread delivery service, a tobacco shop, and a grocery store. The Abbey of Saint-Savin, an UNESCO World Heritage Site, is 9 km away, and there are charming nearby villages, including Angle-sur-l’Anglin and Chauvigny. Poitiers and Futuroscope are a 1-hour drive away. Béthines is located 12 km from Le Blanc in the Indre department; there you can visit numerous castles (e.g., Château du Boucher and many others) and explore La Brenne, 15 km away.
