"Overall, excellent rental. The location is wonderful (walking distance to hershey museum and several restaurants and shops). While walking times are listed for hershey world and hershey park, you can't actually walk to them. The drive is about 10 minutes. You could walk to zoo America. Check in was easy and the host accommodated our earlier than expected arrival. Only improvement I can recommend would be a new mattress or add a supportive mattress topper in the adult bedroom. "We stayed here for a 30th birthday celebration. Everything was great. The pool was perfect and you can’t beat the location. Heather was very welcoming and dealt with a minor issue immediately. I highly recommend."

The penthouse apartment was very clean and accommodated us perfectly, with two bunk beds for our four kids 10 and under, and the queen bed for my husband and I, a full kitchen with cooking supplies, smart TV, and full bathroom. "This property was very charming. It was easy to find and parking was right behind it with a reserved space. Everything was very clean. We really liked that there were ceiling fans in most of the rooms even with the air conditioning available. The owner was very quick to respond to messages through the VRBO app. We did not have any issues with our stay. Plus, I grew up close by, and the best part of our stay was being able to walk across the street to my favorite ice cream shop! "

"Great location for Hershey, very quiet. Nice property, clean and like new. We did have an issue with the toilet but they came and fix it immediately and never bothered us while doing the repairs. We would rent this place again! "

"We absolutely loved this house!!! The cleanliness was unbelievable!! As was the historical character!! (My husband wants the George Washington picture! And my oldest son has totally researched the house! Personally I want your sofa!!) We stayed here for the weekend to go to Hershey Park - we will DEFINITELY be back again!! Thanks for making it so warm and inviting!!"

"The property was as it was listed. Lots of room and very clean. The only comments are that we were surprised that there was no bath soap and there was only 2 bath towels and one hand towel per bathroom. Some bathrooms were for 2 bedrooms. Most properties we have stayed in are better equipped in those areas. The WiFi was spotty at best "

"Great house that really has everything you need with lots of extras. The kitchen is well appointed with everything needed to cook whatever. The outdoor space is fantastic and the basement is great with lots of games. The location is perfect and nice and quiet . The house is very close to everything.We really enjoyed it!"

"We had an amazing experience at the Red Door Retreat. Everything was wonderful! The house was decorated beautifully, and the amenities were excellent! The popcorn machine, fine machine, smore’s kit, gas fire place, Infinity table, arcade game on second floor, IPad with all of the owner’s recommendations and instructions was so great!! We loved the backyard games too. Such a pretty oasis. The charging stations at the bedsides was convenient, the laundry amenities and no shortage of hygiene...
