"Boutique feel and great room!"

"A note for other travelers. Expedia says breakfast is included - it is NOT. A lot of other travelers were also confused about this. Big disappointment for us since we were here on work and had to take extra time of our day to go find food. Don't drink the water coming from your bathroom sink. It tastes like mold - learned the hard way, ha. Everything else was great. Rooms are comfy and spacious, staff is friendly, and location is good."

"The location is very good. The room was clean and I loved the fluffy pillows The really disgusting part was the bathtub. I was disgusted by having to shower in a bathtub with 3 or 4 inches of sitting water. My husband felt unsafe in the bathtub. The grab bar is on one corner and he couldn't hold on to it while showering."

"The cottage was a very clean, cozy, well-decorated, and warm place with a comfy bed!. A great home away from home stay for the Christmas season. We LOVED our stay and would definitely stay there again!"

"The rooms are very spacious! We had a double bed room with a couch. It was roomy and comfortable and clean."

"Stayed 14 nights. First morning there was a guy across the street with a jackhammer going off at 6am. Next night kids at hotel were setting off fireworks at 11p. 2 days later the fire alarm went off at 8am, had to evacuate the room. Most nights there were lots of kids running thru the hotel. You could hear their room’s door slam shut. Often. Morning #13 the fire alarm went off again. Had to evacuate again. Breakfast was very mediocre at best."

"Disappointed in housekeeping service. They put dirty clothes back into our suitcases , put a toothpaste cap that fell on the floor of the bathroom back onto the tube , moved things around that we couldn’t find, and the sink flooded the bathroom from the pipe when turned on because they moved the nozzle around when cleaning. We had to use our clean towels to clean it up."

"Staff was very friendly and helpful, July 4th the hotel lost power at 7:45 pm we remained in the dark for rest of the night. No one informed the client as to what was happening little disappointed."

"Very nice big room with a full-sized refrigerator and stovetop. Parking was plentiful, and the breakfast was very good with different options every day. The location is close to shopping and restaurants."

"First time staying in an AVID hotel. The room/bathroom was clean, and neat. I did experience some road noise from my room while my traveling companion whose room was on the opposite side of the hall did not. The breakfast bar was good both mornings I was there."
