Just a short stroll to Bethany Beach's beach, Boardwalk, shops and restaurants, this spacious, upscale three-level 5-bedroom, 3-bath vacation home is an excellent base camp for your next Delaware beach adventure. Home to great vacation spaces inside and out! Entertain or relax in the spacious screened porch or on the oversized open deck (with propane grill). This coastal getaway's main level features an open floor plan offering a living room, dining area and a large well-equipped kitchen (with center island, granite countertops, stainless steel refrigerator with two ice makers, stove and dishwasher and antiqued custom wooden cabinets), full hallway bathroom and bedroom. The top floor is home to a full hallway bathroom and remaining four bedrooms, including the master suite (with its own private bathroom and sundeck). Central air conditioning, washer, dryer and more.6 TVs, 2 Blu-rays, outside shower, gas grill, Wifi.

Things to know
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

AC was broken and communication with property manager was poor

When we arrived we had three issues: 1.AC was not working 2.One side of the kitchen sink was clogged 3. The refrigerator was not getting cold We called the property manager about all three issues and had to talk to a VACASA National representative as well as local Delaware representative multiple times. The AC did not get fixed until 3 days later & did not reach 70 degrees until 3am the morning we checked out. I have requested a partial refund for the inconvenience and have heard nothing back. We had 5 toddlers napping in an 80-85 degree house our entire stay, you can imagine how well they slept. As for the clogged sink, absolutely nothing was done to help us with that. And we were told the fridge takes 24 hrs to get to the proper temperature after arrival so we ended up having food spoil in that time period because a hot house and fridge above temperature means unsafe temperatures for food. VACASA needs to do better.

Great beach house

We rented the house as a whole family of 11. There was plenty of room for everyone. The location was great and the house had everything we needed. We especially loved the sun room. There was a ton of beach gear (chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, sand toys) under the car port so that was awesome. We really enjoyed our stay!

Great stay

We had a mini family reunion in this lovely house. It was well-appointed and a short walk to the beach. We appreciated the two porches, spacious bedrooms, and fully stocked kitchen. We also enjoyed all the sand toys and chairs. We’d definitely come back!

Birthday Getaway

Very nice house, Kitchen well stocked. Tv issues the very first day, not resolved, but a tech did come out. The back porch was covered with pollen. Someone came out and tried to clean it, it was better, but we still cleaned & swept even more after they left. The oven had not been cleaned in a while. Overall it was a nice weekend…. We made it work and the weather was nice.

Loved the house and space. 2 block walk to the beach. Rented bikes for the week from a place around the corner. Easy bike or walk to downtown Bethany.

Perfect location!

Wonderful spot for our group of teens and adults. The screened-in porch was heavenly, everything was clean, kitchen was well-stocked, and the beach is super close! Perfect. Thanks!

We have been coming to this house for a few years now-- location cannot be any better! They have plenty of beach toys, umbrellas, chairs, boogie boards, etc.... if you forgot! We just love it!

Perfect home!

The house was wonderful and hit all the boxes for our group: plenty of clean rooms and bathrooms, outdoor space with a covered porch and nice outdoor furniture for when it rained, super close proximity to the beach, walking distance to town, and a clean and modern kitchen so we could do some cooking. All of us had a fantastic time and within a day of returning home I already had another friend see our photos and ask for the exact house link. Couldn't recommend it more.

Bethany Beach

We had a great time and thoroughly enjoyed this house. The back porch is perfect for hanging out, having a meal. And it's great to be able to stroll down to the beach in just a few minutes. It's a little close to the busy road but at night I could sometimes hear the waves instead of the cars. Maybe check-in was affected by Covid, but I'd been told I'd be emailed a code for the door. Instead, I got there and then understood I had to drive to the realtor and wait in line with many others to get the code. But the house was great!

Relax on the screen porch

This house was delightful, well-stocked, close to town and beach front with easy access to a grocery store and pharmacy. Walking north on the beach is less crowded and GREAT for walks! Due to pine trees surrounding the porch, we could sit there with the fan in 90 degree weather and were comfortable. Even the deck with comfy lounge chairs has shade in morning and afternoon ( in June). We did find that the traffic could be noisy at night as the house is close to a major 4 lane highway. There is plenty of parking, a parking pass, and an outdoor shower. A lovely place for vacation.
