  • Tenga en cuenta que este es un sábado a sábado alquiler semanal sólo, mientras que son bienvenidos a alquilar por varias semanas. La "Casa Gris" es una casa de dos pisos y cinco habitaciones con vista al mar a media cuadra de la playa y cuatro cuadras del centro. Tiene un porche blindado y una terraza en la parte delantera de la casa, y una cubierta y cubierta de nivel del suelo en la parte trasera con dos duchas al aire libre, un 10 pies. Mesa de picnic con un paraguas, un área para asar a la parrilla y una gran caja de arena bajo la casa.

    Primer piso: La planta baja tiene amplias habitaciones y un plan abierto, en el que la cocina se abre al comedor y el comedor a la sala de estar. La cocina tiene una mesa con cuatro sillas y un mostrador con cinco taburetes que da al comedor. El comedor tiene capacidad para 10 personas para grandes reuniones. También hay un dormitorio con una cama king-size y un baño con ducha y bañera al lado de ella en la parte trasera de la casa de un pequeño pasillo.

    Segundo piso: Hay cuatro dormitorios, incluyendo uno con una cama king-size, dos con dos camas individuales y un cuarto con literas. Todas tienen sillas y áreas de estar. Hay un baño completo con una ducha y una bañera y un medio baño al lado de él en esta planta.

We would come back in a heartbeat! Incredibly well stocked stay just a quick walk to the beach. It was so nice to have a cool, clean house to return to after a day at the beach. Multi generational stay and everyone was pleased.

Well appointed, clean,close to downtown Bethany. Great screened in porch! Decorated so nicely. Could not have had better amenities. We felt at home right away. Great for a family getaway. Lots of room to spread out. Great washer and dryer. Plenty of beach chairs and wagon. Great communication with owner. I have stayed in a number of rentals including Bethany over the past 30 years including Sea Colony and this was by far our family's favorite.

My family loves this beach house. It’s comfortable and spacious. It’s a three minute walk to the beach and includes beach chairs, a wagon and a beach umbrella. The kitchen is fully stocked with every imaginable pot and pan, lots dishes and appliances in good working appliances. Upon arrival the house is clean from top to bottom. We’re looking forward to summer 2027.

Ideal house for our family!

The house is perfect for families with kids. Close to the beach, quiet bedrooms, large living space. The kitchen and bathrooms are well stocked and the owner is responsive and accommodating!

Check in was easy and our host was very informative. The multiple living spaces, both inside and out, were great for a family reunion. The kitchen was so well equipped, both with spices and pots and pans and dishes. Very spacious bedrooms, too! We would definitely stay there again.

Great house and great location

We’ve stayed at Tracey’s house several times before and every time it’s been great. It’s a wonderful house, close to the beach and walkable to the boardwalk and downtown Bethany Beach.

The beach house was beyond perfect for our family. A large kitchen and dining area served many purposes - enough room for little grandkids to help with making breakfast and a big dining table for eating and doing crafts when not at the beach! The house has a large living room and sunroom with TV's. Two outside showers made life a lot easier in keeping the floors and sheets clean of sand! The front porch was a big hit and has a latch helping keep toddlers safe from being able to open the door. The house has large bedrooms which were most helpful as two family members had plenty of room for pack and plays. The house is half a block to the beach and a short walk to downtown. There is a really nice park as well as putt putt golf within easy walking distance. Truly a convenient location for families.

Wonderful stay!

Tracey was the most gracious and responsive host we’ve had the pleasure of renting from. The house was perfect for our family’s vacation. The location was amazing and the house was extremely comfortable and well equipped. Hope to stay here again!

Great House and Great Location

The house is located right off the beach, and is large enough four six adults and four children. It is also walking distance to Garfield Parkway, the main street in Bethany. It is perfect for a family vacation

Always Look Forward to this House

This was my family’s big summer vacation and it didn’t disappoint. The house is clean, perfectly located, and comes with so many things that it makes packing for vacation so much easier. This was our second season here and I really want it to become a regular destination.

This house is great. Perfect for our group of 8 with 4 kids 9 and under. Plenty of space to spread out. Great screened in porches. Well stocked. Comfortable beds. Great location. Couldn’t ask for more!

Bethany Beach Cottage Review

This beach house is FABULOUS. It is well maintained, clean, extremely comfortable and in a perfect location a block from the beach and three blocks from frozen custard. Communication with the owner is prompt and easy. Just finished our third year beach week there and already booked for 2026!

Great house right by the beach and downtown Bethany

Could not pick a better location, right next to the beach, close to downtown Bethany. It’s a wonderful beach house and had everything we needed. The homeowner was extremely responsive and could not have been better.

So Comfortable and Great Location

The house has everything you need to enjoy your stay at the beach. The kitchen is fully stocked and all the beach gear is supplied. It is a short block from the beach, making it easy to go back for lunch or for a break. Six adults and four children 10 years old or younger all had a blast.

Great for Families

Location is great, very short walk to the beach and end of the boardwalk. House was fully stocked with everything for the kitchen and a lot of beach stuff. There was a cute sandbox for the kids which the 2-4 years old we had loved. Beds were comfortable not too firm or soft. Would definitely rent again.

Wonderful Family Vacation in Bethany Beach

Our family enjoyed our vacation in Bethany Beach. The house was spacious, clean, provided all the amenities we could possibly need, and best of all was situated in a fantastic location half a block from the beach and just a few short blocks to the town center. The owner was very responsive and helpful. I would recommend this property without reservation. Thank you to Tracy for sharing her beautiful home with us!

Great location. Lots of space.

Owner was extremely helpful and responded to questions in a timely manner. House is about a block from the beach - with access off of the boardwalk. Easy walk to downtown area. Lots of room for the 10 of us. Large kitchen/dining area. Good size living room and 2 additional porches - one enclosed and one screened in.

This property is top notch, a 10 out of 10! The location is great, it’s spacious with a well equipped kitchen, and comfortable beds and furniture. The outdoor space includes a back decks, off the kitchen, a screen porch on the front of the house and a lower deck with a large sandbox. Love everything about this property!

Perfect location, amazing host. Provides starbucks k-cups, Charmin toilet paper, tide pods, moroccan shampoo/conditioner, neutrogena products. All the beach chairs and towels you'll need, same type/size umbrella you'd rent on the beach. TWO outside showers. I'm sure there are more quality amenities I'm forgetting.. it's those little things that make a big difference. You won't regret staying here!
