  • ¡Disfruta de esta hermosa casa con un patio privado de 1/2 acre y mucho estacionamiento fuera de la calle! A tres minutos a pie de la playa privada Middlesex Beach. Después de que te acostumbres a la playa vacía, ¡nunca querrás volver a ir a una playa pública! ¡Middlesex Beach tiene arena hermosa, socorristas galardonados, no se permiten multitudes y el alcohol está permitido! Se permite la pesca de surf antes de las 10 a.m. y después de las 5 p.m.

    Esta casa de 7 años está disponible para alquiler de sábado a sábado y está a solo una cuadra y media de la playa. La casa tiene un porche de pantalla grande recién agregado con mesa y asientos de conversación.

    El primer piso incluye: cocina (todo menos el horno), comedor, sala de estar, dormitorio principal con baño completo, dos (2) dormitorios adicionales, baño completo, porche con mosquitero.

    Middlesex Beach se compone de calles sin salida, por lo que no hay tráfico. Esto permite una comunidad agradable y agradable, perfecta para pasear o dejar que los niños monten en bicicleta.

Our family has been vacationing in the Bethany Beach area for many years. This was the second year we rented this lovely home in Middlesex Beach. The neighborhood is quiet, and it is a short walk to the beach. The home was clean and cozy. Sean and Dana responded quickly to email and text communication, and seemed truly happy to welcome us into their beach house. The kitchen is well stocked with every kind of pot, pan and gadget needed to cook for a crowd. Our large family was completely comfortable in this home away from home. We will definitely stay in this home again.

Excellent location and access to a low-traffic part of the beach. The property had lots of gathering spaces for conversations, eating, and playing games. The game room in the basement was tons of fun.

Amazing, well equipped home

Our group had such an amazing time staying at this home. There was enough space for all to have comfortable sleeping arrangements, and there was plenty of fun games for us to enjoy. I highly recommend this home for any large energetic groups.

Beautiful home & location

This rental exceeded our expectations ! Enough room for all of us! So many spaces to gather and relax and enjoy each other’s company. Great beach area and close to house. Will definitely come back to this property!

Perfect for a large family group!

This home met our needs so well! We had our extended family ranging in age from 11 months to 87 years! Comfy beds, lots of room, fully stocked kitchen, private beach! Highly recommend!

Great time in Bethany Beach

This property fit the needs of our large family with enough bedrooms for all. The game room was a big hit and the short walk to the beach was just what we were hoping for. The house was well stocked and we appreciated the bikes and chairs available for beach use. Everything was clean and well maintained.

Perfect for getting family together!!

This was a perfect space for our large family get together! The kitchen was well stocked with every imaginable appliance and tool needed to prepare an amazing Thanksgiving feast. Lots of space for everyone to be comfortable and for the kids to play. We were able to get over to the boardwalk which was a very short drive but it was too cold to enjoy the beach although we did walk down to see the water. This was really a great space and an amazing location!

Another great Middlesex Beach vacation!

This is our third summer staying a week in this home in Middlesex Beach. Sean is a very accommodating host and the house is always clean. Proximity to the beach is great- it is about 200yds away from the house. The house is in a very quiet neighborhood that is great for walks, family bike rides, etc. Highly recommend!
