I would say if you have kids its a older house thats been taken care of the house is smaller i wouldnt want my kids running around to mess the house up. "We were in town for WFU football. Condo was wonderfully located for easy in/out to stadium as well as downtown and campus. Everything was updated including new, plush linens. Kitchen had the basics (including coffee filters), and all bathrooms were well stocked with toiletries. There was a faint musty smell likely due to pets in the property at one point but it did not detract in any way from the stay. Finally, communication was fabulous - prompt and informative. "

"The host is very responsive. The house is great and has much more than what we were expecting. Even the back neighbor and puppy are awesome! The kitchen is functional and allowed me to cook daily. It was comfortable and our dog felt at home too. Ample space in the backyard for play. The only thing I would suggest is that the house is due for new mattresses. If that is updated, the house would be perfect! "

"Our host was not on property, but she was always readily avaliable for any questions or needs. She went out of her way to make us feel welcome with a gift basket of snacks, even doggy treats and potty bags. The rental was some what of a tiny home, but beautifully decorated and we were very comfortable, even with our two150lb fur babies.The bed was so comfortable, we got the info off of it and ordered one! It was a short stay, but we really enjoyed everything the rental offered!"
