This spacious villa offers 165 m² of living space for up to 11 guests. There are 3 bedrooms, each with a comfortable 180-cm king-size bed and its own wardrobe; two bedrooms have direct balcony access. The wellness bathroom features a walk-in rain shower, freestanding bathtub, toilet, and bidet—a true retreat after a long day. There is also a separate guest WC on the ground floor. The fully equipped kitchen, underfloor heating, TV, washing machine, dryer, and dedicated workspace complete the amenities.

The property is set in a vast pine forest with 11 lakes; the nearest beach is just 250 meters away. Beach towels are provided. Berlin city center is about a 40-minute drive, and Berlin Brandenburg Airport is only 20 minutes away—ideal for international guests. Parking includes 2 spaces on the property and 1 garage spot. The house offers step-free access and self check-in for extra convenience. Please note that events are not permitted on the property.
