 Near Cap d 'Agde (15 km) Air-conditioned ground floor villa, surrounded by a large garden (1600m2) in a residential area that allows calm and relaxation by the heated salt pool (11, 5 mx4m) (treatment by salt electrolysis). A 2nd toilet next to the pool house. The table is sheltered allowing to take the meals, the aperitif .... Attached to the pool house big barbecue in hard.

Wir haben uns im Haus wohl gefühlt und auch der Empfang durch die Vermieterin war sehr herzlich. Das Grundstück ist ausreichend groß und im Sommer mit dem Pool und der Ausseanlage (Grill, Toiletten, Terrasse) zur Entspannung nutzbar. Von den Nachbarn links und rechts haben wir nichts mitbekommen. Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig und die Einrichtung eher schlicht und auch schon älter. Man hat das Gefühl, dass die Dinge die der Vermieter in seinem Haus nicht mehr benötigt im Ferienhaus als Einrichtung dienen. Betten eher schlecht. Ausstattung an Sitzgelegenheiten und Küche für 6 Personen nicht vorhanden. Töpfe und Pfannen unzureichend, ebenso wie Schüsseln und Tassen. 1 Bad und 1 Toilette für 6 Personen ebenfalls zu wenig. Umgebung ist super. 10 km nach Agde und Beziers, 15 km nach Cap d´agde und Vias Plage, 40 km nach Sete und 20 km nach Valras Plage. Die Golfplätze von Beziers und Agde sind in 10 min zu erreichen. Alle Einkäufe sind im Ort möglich, allerdings zu Fuß zu weit. Schöner restaurierter Ortskern. Tolles Restaurant am Ortsausgang (Nähe Intermarche). Pool Nutzbar von April bis Oktober. Tischtennisplatte hinterm Haus weg vom Schuss und von vorne nicht einsehbar. Schade. Stromkosten kommen separat hinzu, wenn der Verbauch über die Kalkulation der Vermieterin hinaus geht. Dies kann vor Allem Sommer zu Zusatzkosten durch Klimaanlage und Poolbetrieb führen. Sollte berücksichtigt werden.

Cette chaude fin septembre a été parfaite dans la maison de Lisbeth, c'est hyperpropre, vaste (nous étions deux...), cuisine neuve super équipée et pratique, quartier tranquille avec un extérieur intime, que pour soi. Piscine chauffée pour les dernières semaines de l'été, très agréable. Petite ville de Bessan assez vivante, on trouve tout sur place, y compris une cave coopérative ! La mer à 10km et un arrière-pays plein de ressources. Les planètes étaient alignées, que du bonheur. Nous recommandons vivement. Merci Lisbeth !

Super propriété campée sur un très beau terrain bien entretenu, maison bien agencée, très propre, il ne manque rien. Piscine chauffée. Endroit très calme et bien sécurisé . Emplacement pour les voitures. Nous retenons l'adresse pour certainement y revenir.

Nous avons loué pour le nouvel an. Nous avons apprécié la cheminé, la propreté de la maison et son confort. Hate d'y aller en été pour profiter de la piscine, table de ping pong, du jardin et du barbecue meme si l'hiver ne nous a pas empêcher de l'utiliser😉. Merci a Mme Lisbeth pour ce beau sejour.

Nous avons été accueillis très chaleureusement par la propriétaire Me Rousset. La maison est très spacieuse,située au bout d'une impasse, tranquillité et repos assurés. La maison est très bien tenue et de tout confort, linge de maison fourni, cuisine bien équipée. Même en janvier, le soleil était de la partie. Séjour parfait, nous reviendrons.

This property is a genuine 'must consider' for anyone looking for a holiday villa in the South of France. Immaculately maintained inside and out, the property is a natural home from home. The kitchen meets family requirements with dual fuel hob, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine etc - there is also a fantastic outdoor barbecue and mini kitchen set-up by the pool. The American fridge/freezer was a helpful addition to limit wasting time on trips to the nearby supermarket. The lounge has a functional array of comfortable yet 'hard wearing and easy to clean' leather sofa's with a large smart TV and satellite channels (limited English options). The 3 bedrooms are all spacious with plenty of cupboard and drawer spaces for anyone on a longer stay. The modern bathroom was impeccably clean and well maintained. The pool was clean on arrival and is cleaned weekly. There were also a range of pool inflatables and toys for kids (and adults alike). The location of this property is a relatively quiet area of Bessans - a vehicle is really a must if you are wanting to get out and about. Prices in the region were all reasonable when travelling out and about. We visited many of the beaches in the area and were pleased to be able to make use of buckets, spades, footballs etc available at the villa. There are plenty of local markets which provide a mix of local produce and goods at reasonable prices. There are so many places to visit for local day trips, whether your interests lie in culture, beaches, walking, shopping or keeping the kids entertained (Dinosaur park with fossils, Lego museum to name a few). If you are wanting to travel a bit further, the Zoo in Montpellier is a must, just one hour drive away, entrance is free and the animals including lions, leopards, cheetahs, rhino's etc are all accommodated in spacious natural environments (be prepared for a reasonable amount of walking often over a number of rough paths). Further afield, the historic port city of Marseille is approximately a two hour drive away, whilst Girona (Spain) and the Pyrenees about the same about the same in the other direction all offer great alternative options for days out and about, especially if you are staying for a slightly longer duration. All in all, this property offers outstanding comfort, value for money and accessibility to a wide range of activities and opportunities to experience French culture (especially local food and wine)! This property comes highly recommended.

Sehr netter Empfang durch Madame Rousset (inkl. 2 Fl. lokalem Wein!) und eine vollkommen unkomplizierte Buchungsabwicklung. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig (3 ausreichend große Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbetten 140x190) und gut ausgestattet (Wlan, SAT-TV, Klimaanlage, gute Matratzen, alle benötigten Geräte (Küche, Waschen) vorhanden. Toller, beheizter Salzwasser-Pool (25 Grad trotz nachts sehr niedriger Temperaturen), großes Grundstück mit automatischem Einfahrtstor. Zum Ort Bessan: Zentrale, aber ruhige Lage - zum Meer, ins Hinterland und zu den umliegenden Städten (Beziers, Montpellier, Narbonne), kein "Schmuckstück" an Ferienort, aber ok - alle Geschäfte vorhanden und auch der Markt Sonntags hat eine ordentliche Auswahl an Lebensmitteln und Kleidern. 2 kleine Kritikpunkte zum Abschluss: eine 2. Toilette im Haus (bei der Sommerküche draußen gibt es noch eine) und etwas wertigeres Küchenzubehör (Besteck, Gläser, Schüsseln, Töpfe/Pfannen, etc.) wären schön gewesen. Da auch das Wetter noch toll war hatten wir aber einen rundum gelungenen und erholsamen Urlaub. Wir können das Haus weiter empfehlen.
