Hotels a Berryville, Berkeley Springs

"The hotel did not have my reservation even though I had a copy. They made me a new one but did not honour the price I had so I was charged more . Also they were under a boil water restriction but made no effort to make coffee for the guests. I have been to this hotel many times and this was the worse experience"

"Very convenient and lovely to enjoy the rocking chairs on the front porch."

"The top bed covers could be clanged both our covers had holes in them"

"Quite relaxing place😍"

"The breakfast was very good! Good selection of hot items. The pancake machine was a nice change from waffles, and my boys liked the hot cinnamon rolls. The staff are very friendly. Beds and bedding were nice too."

"Place was disgusting to say the least. There was old moldy food growing a life form on it in the microwave that have been left in there, a lot of it. I asked him to fix my tub three separate times because the water was filling up to my ankles when I showered and it was disgusting and finally he told me I could do it. We’re supposed to clean my room once during my four week stay and I picked up and did everything I was supposed to do and he never went there that day. Had you home that night...

"Great Location, plenty of parking."

"This cabin needs a LOT of care. It was OK for our purposes, because we just needed a place to sleep more than anything, but if we were actually looking to "vacation" or "rest and relax" it left a lot to be desired--especially regarding upkeep and how it was furnished 1. Our sheets had HOLES in them! 2. No toiletries, other than body wash in the bathroom 3. No bath mat 4. Insufficient towels 5. Not enough dishes or mugs 6. No sponge for washing dishes, or anything to clean and wipe down...

"Very nice stay!"

"I booked and paid for a room with a king-size bed, but instead they gave me a room with 2 double beds. The room itself was not clean. Furnitures had stains on them. Carpet was not clean as well."

"Clean, comfortable room. Friendly and efficient staff. What more could you ask for?"

"the front desk lady was very kind and helpful"

"I didn’t stay, when I went into the room I saw the insect walking on the wall."

"I love everything about this spot ! My husband and I are were so at peace"
