"The airport shuttle driver did not arrive despite the fact it was arranged and paid for in advance. I had to send multiple text messages to the management team at the hotel, then he arrived an hour later. Request the phone number of the driver in advance. "Beautiful property! Super clean and spacious, excellent connection with the Old Town. Streetcar #22 stops is literally around the corner. The only suggestion for further improvement would be a coffee machine and some basics in the kitchen, like sugar and salt. It would also be nice to have shampoo, but the shower gel was ok. All in all, we had an amazing stay!"

"I had a problem with my passport which meant I had to delay the start of my journey. The hotel kept my booking open and have been very informative and friendly throughout. When eventually I was able to travel, the hotel made sure that my booking for extra days meant I didn't need to change rooms. Their responses throughout were almost immediate, and always understanding and helpful. Highly recommended and I will stay with them again "

"A hotel with no humans is a very bad idea. Many services require humans. Therefore, while an OK facility in good location, this was a very bad experience. What happens when the safe’s battery does not work? How do you get your passports? Or if the bathroom is stuck! Nobody to speak to. And nobody told me this was a “tech hotel”. Never again!"
