"Amazing trip with two BFF 's. Hotel couldn't have been more perfect, super friendly & helpful staff, you want to make them family. Gorgeous private warm beach, pool as well. Restaurant served Bermudian specialties as well as old favorites!"

"This was our 2nd stay, nice to see all the work they have done. We only ate breakfast at Grotto Bay, which was really good. The beach at Grotto bay is phenomonal, staff very nice! Grounds really well kept. Rooms are very clean but alittle dated. Overral really enjoyed our stay!"

"Staff was very friendly and accommodating. They did accidentally deliver our room service breakfast to the wrong room one morning but we're quick to make it right and didn't charge us for the inconvenience. The concierges were very helpful and went above and beyond to help us when we asked for anything."

"As always a memorable and relaxing trip. Love the views, the beach, the pool and the restaurants. Rooms could use some sprucing up. Just wish they would give 2 bottles of water daily. This year the "jug" water which was available on property did not taste great. "

"We had a lovely time at Pompano & will be back! Food was delicious with varying choices, access to drinks & snacks great too. The beach was beautiful & well maintained with plenty of chairs & umbrellas at various points to relax and enjoy. All staff members were pleasant and helpful and eager to please. "

"If I could give this property 10 stars I would! Everything at this property is fantastic. The rooms are well appointed and modern. The staff is so helpful and bend over backwards to accommodate. The location of this property is convenient to the bus station and the ferry. Plus eating establishments on Front Street."

"Very new facility so things look spotless. Friendly staff. Great view. All in all excellent stay in every aspect. I can add the following nit picking points that hopefully the hotel can improve: 1) one day the towels were not replenished at the ocean level pool, despite multiple calls; 2) In our guest room at least, one can use a few more hooks to hang robes, towels etc; 3) also in our room, just one very small trash can by the toilet, would recommend one more in the living room, and maybe...

"We loved our stay at Rosemont. It was clean, staff was amazingly helpful, the pool and the view were great and it’s located just where we wanted… without having to pay twice as much at the high end resorts."

"No complaints, everything was amazing and the staff was so friendly and welcoming. I celebrated my birthday there and they did so many nice things to make it special. The room was a dream, the views are to die for, and the food was incredible. Our meal at Sul Verde was a highlight of the trip, highly recommend! There are so many things to do on-site, there is no possibility of being bored. Bermuda is amazing and Rosewood was icing on the (birthday) cake. I really hope we can visit again someday!...
