"3 generation family a dog. While the pond was a bit muddy (this its nickname) the kids and dog swam from sun up to down. The beach, seating area, dock, fire pits were all perfect.The house fit our needs. The family bedroom was a plus for extra space and bedrooms were huge. We asked for access to the rowboat on site which we rented and was easy to do. Probably wouldn’t bother next time as we rarely used.Thank you for sharing your home with us!"

"We had room for each of the adults, which included adult children. At these ages they no longer want to share a bed or bathroom with anyone. Perfect that we could come together, but have our own separate spaces. Very clean and comfortable with everything you need."

"This was a cute house, clean and very convenient location. It was perfect for two adults and a dog. Very close to a park with walking trails. I appreciated ac units in each room as it was hot during our stay. We had everything we needed right when we arrived! Would definitely stay again. "

"This was our second time staying at this wonderful place. Excellent layout...three comfortable bedrooms. Loved the sun porch and the sloping lawn down to a small private swimming place. Town swimming "next door" but quiet. The lake was very refreshing during two very hot and humid days. "

"I stayed at this property for almost a month and thoroughly enjoyed it. It had everything I needed and is conveniently located to Route 9 and I-435. The host was very responsive, which I greatly appreciated. It's nice to know such a comfortable place is available in Shrewsbury."

"I stayed here about a week and was very satisfied. The apartment is clean and spacious, there's a easy-to-use washer and drawer, and the owner is helpful and responsive. The location is great: a couple blocks from the railroad station and a short walk from central Concord."

"Christine was a great host. The space was perfect for our family of four with two young girls. The pool was a nice touch for warm days. As long as you’re OK with the queen bedroom attached to the other, then you’re OK. Christine was very responsive. I will definitely stay there again if I’m in the area"

The home was immaculate, fully stocked with everything we needed, and had plenty of comfortable spaces for our large family to relax and spend time together. The neighborhood was quaint and peaceful, and the neighbors were incredibly friendly—even taking time to show us around. If you're looking for a quiet retreat to enjoy time with your family this is a wonderful place. The one and only reason we would not re-book this property is the fact that the home has cameras in the living spaces. "Would definitely stay again! Spacious living area and bedroom. Love the sofa and the very comfortable bed. The soundproofing in the bedroom made it wonderful for sleeping. Great location within 1/2 mile walk of the main town area. Host is lovely. Will add a note of caution to be mindful that there is a full step down from the bathroom doorway to the living area as well as a bit of an elevation change at the doorway from the living room to the bedroom.
