Here you will find a piece of privacy, the loft is located in the courtyard, at ground level. Up to max. 6 guests can relax in 90 square meters comfortable and recharge their batteries. In the lower area there is the lounge, a sleeping place for 2 persons, the small kitchen with dining area and the bathroom.
The kitchenette is equipped with all cooking utensils, glasses and dishes. There is a fridge, coffee maker, toaster kettle and 2 plate induction cooker.
In the 2. Level are 2x 2 beds (1 double bed and 2 single beds).
All major transport links to the highlights of Berlin are just 3 minutes walk away, supermarkets, pharmacy, banks, etc. within easy reach. On-street parking is free.

El loft es espectacular. La decoración está cuidada al detalle, con un estilo moderno y muy acogedor. Es amplio, cómodo y cuenta con todo lo necesario para una estancia perfecta. La ubicación no podría ser mejor: rodeado de locales, supermercados y con el transporte público justo al lado. Ideal para disfrutar de Berlín sin complicaciones. ¡Totalmente recomendable!

Prachtige authentieke loft. Wel oud, maar alles was goed. De gootsteen liep niet goeddoor. De verhuurder gebeld en werd gelijk opgelost. De buurt was met veel zwervers, maar gelijk naast de deur ook erg leuke restaurants. De metro vlakbij, lidl vlakbij. Een buurt in opkomst.

Unique and fun!

This property is meant to be enjoyed with a good sized group up to 6 ppl can stay in the beds. The decorations were very fun large open space in the home and bathroom. Everything that is important is super close. The owner is friendly and great to work with. Please rent this place out of you want to have fun and respect this amazing property

Nice apartment

The apartment, located at the floorplan, is very big. The atmosphere is very cool, the beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped, the bathroom is clean with a big shower. The only weak point about the structure is the strong humidity. We went in August and it was impossible to let something dry. The towels were always humid, also the clothes. Sleeping with this sensation was not so nice and also, entering the apartment, you could smell like moisture. The position is strategic, because close to the metro station, but the square of Kottbusser Tor is not a nice place to walk, and also maybe not so safe. By the way, the street of the house in calm, with some bars and cleaner than the metro square. I suggest it for short stays and group of friends.

Gutter-Punk in the best way

This apartment spoke to me when we were looking for places to stay in the Kreuzberg area. Once I saw it I knew the search was over. This place looks like the germans from "the big lebowski" live here and it was exactly as expected. A retrofitted industrial space with great industrial accents in the apartment. Close walk to all of the great attractions in Berlin with only a few of them being a bike ride away. (We are also fairly fit and in our 20's so take walking distance with a grain of salt). The check-in process has good instructions, as you will need them. The place is off of the beaten path and hidden away like a true gem. I'd surely stay here again if I am back in the Berlin area.

Coole, individuelle Unterkunft, leider sehr strenger Geruch

Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben. sehr großzügig, individuell und mit Charme. Auch die Lage ist für alle berlin Liebhaber top! Leider hat die gesamte Wohnung extrem modrig/schimmelig gerochen. Wir waren nur eine Nacht dort aber für einen längeren Aufenthalt würden wir dort nicht wohnen wollen. Es war sehr unangenehm. Auch die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin im Vorfeld war leider mangelhaft und in der Regel kamen antworten zu spät, was etwas schade war.

Mitten im vibrierenden Berlin....

.....aber im Hinterhof, so dass man ruhig schlafen kann. Sehr kommunikatives Loft, das das Gruppenfeeling steigert. Wir haben uns in dem fantasievollen Ambiente sehr wohl gefühlt. Nur die Sauberkeit könnte etwas besser sein.

Perfektes Himmelfahrtswochenende

Wir waren mit 5 Damen ( 50+) im Apartment und hatten eine gute Zeit dort 🥳 Kneipen, Restaurants direkt vor der Tür und alles andere sehr gut mit Bus und U-Bahn erreichbar. Die Wohnung im Hinterhof ist super leise und gemütlich- perfekt für ein fröhliches Mädels-Wochenende.

Online Beschreibung passt genau zum Mietobjekt!

Die Wohnung war wirklich genau so, wie wir sie uns anhand der Fotos vorgestellt haben. Es war alles vorhanden, was wir benötigten. Die Mikrowelle entpuppte sich als Mini Backofen- topp somit klappte auch das Pizzabaguette. Die Wohnatmosphäre passt topp zu einem Berlin Urlaub. Die Komunikation lief super. Auf die Mails wurde immer zeitnah geantwortet. Würden die Wohnung wieder mieten!

Særlig lejlighed

Helt unik og dejlig lejlighed. Baggården hvor den ligger er meget rolig og ret ren. Området ved Kreutzberg/kottbusser Tor er meget præget af stofmisbrugere og hjemløse hvilket ikke er rart. De gør ingen fortræd, men sidder rundt omkring og indtager der stof fuldt synligt. Lejligheden ligger tilpas centralt, og det er nemt at komme omkring med offentlig transport. Der ligger et billigt parkeringshus 200 meter fra lejligheden.

Gerne noch einmal

Die FW ist sehr individuell gestaltet, mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet und sehr zentral mitten in Kreuzberg im Hinterhaus ruhig gelegen. Die anfänglichen Schwierigkeiten konnten zügig mit der Vermieterin telefonisch geklärt werden. Wir hätten gern etwas über die Geschichte dieser Wohnung erfahren. Wir kommen gerne wieder 😃

Wochenende

Die Lage ist super - man erreicht alles in kurzer Zeit. Vorgang Check in- und Out super organisiert und erklärt. Leider gab es keine Parkplätze direkt vor der Türe wie inseriert aber wir haben in der näheren Umgebung etwas gefunden. Das Objekt ist extravagant- Platz ist genug vorhanden (6 Personen ) Leider miefiger Geruch aber durch lüften gut lösbar. Alles im allen waren wir sehr zufrieden.

Kieznähe und gleichzeitig Ruhe

Super zentral zu erreichen und um die Ecke vom Kiez. Trotzdem herrliche Ruhe im Objekt. Die Vermieterin war super freundlich, hilfreich, professionell und um das wohl ihrer Gäste bemüht. Sogar eine kleine Geschichtserklärung zum Objekt gab es auf Nachfrage.
