Horrible customer service. When I got to the hotel, there was no way I could check in. They claimed to have sent me an email but I did not receive anything. The link that was put up required a booking id proprietary to the hotel - if we can call it that - which had not been provided to me. I had to call and lost 45 mins with checkin
The room was big but messy, the cuttlery and plates were on the floor.
I had left my luggage upon checkout in the luggage room. At 1830 I could no longer upon the door with my code, prompting another 30 mins with their telephone support. The whatsapp support is a joke
Worst of all, I left my iO toothbrush and expensive perfume in the room. I wrote them 5 times as they simply must have found it. Even when I get pass the AI bot, they always promise me to enquire and get back to me, which they never do. If you then contact them again you have to explain everything again only leading to the same result.
