"We were in town for the Woodward Dream Cruise and this was an excellent location within walking distance of Woodward Ave and why we chose it. The apartment was ok. Older building, window AC units. This place could be really nice with a couple upgrades. Better furniture, replace the pillows, more linens, another towel rack in the bathroom working lamps and some maintenance repairs. I saw the broken blinds and bathroom door off the hinges in previous reviews from months ago. I thought for sure...

"The overall stay and house was great! It was a beautiful place to stay, clean, and good parking. We have kids and the game room in the basement was a blast and the movie theater popcorn maker was a hit with the kids. I’ve noticed in Detroit the homes upstairs are all hard to cool so it’s just a Detroit thing but it’s not that bad, that a minor issue. Everything was what we wanted and our family definitely recommends this house if you have kids or you’re just a big kid at heart. Thanks for the...

"It’s a very nice place. The sheets and beds were very comfortable. I’d say the only thing that could have been better was having boxes of tissues in the house and hand towels in the bathroom. There were towels and washcloths but not hand towels. Other than that everything was good. This has nothing to do with the house but the road construction was absolutely insane. So if you’re in the area staying, give yourself a little time to get where you’re going. I did message our host pointing out a few...

"We were happy with the accommodations. Cute place! The location is on a nice street (Arden Park) of historic homes. The driveway is narrow and gated. It was a tight fit for our Honda Odyssey, but thankfully my husband did the driving. The stairs, going up to the unit, seemed a bit steep and smooth. I mention this only because I was worried about our elderly dog falling, but he did ok. The neighborhood was quiet. The kitchen had everything we needed. Communication was good.
