"The host was responsive to my questions. We stayed 5 nights over Christmas holiday. The Christmas decor was a plus. The house was fully stocked including tea and coffee, variety of spices, laundry soap, tp, etc. We were 6 adults, 4 kids, 4-10. We chose the house because of the dining table that sat 12 and large fenced in backyard for outdoor play. We lucked out with great weather so we also got to enjoy the outdoor gas fire pit. The neighborhood was quiet and we felt safe."

"It had a weird smell. The trundle bed was broken, the larger bed was supported by books. There is no oven, but a toaster oven. More blankets and sheets should be provided. "The condo was well kept, as was the rest of the building. Communication from the property management company was excellent. You have an amazing view of downtown from the balcony. One thing I wish I knew beforehand was that the hvac system is probably original to the building (1962). Long story short, you have very little control of the temperature in this unit. The hydronic system is centralized and they change from heat to cool with the seasons. That was a definite inconvenience but not a deal...
