"Excellent stay from start to finish. The suite was modern, spacious, spotless, and beautifully furnished. The bed was comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The location was convenient, with easy access to the city. Everything matched the description perfectly. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Premier Suites Plus Rotterdam."

"The Apartment is Not as new as the Pictures. There a a lot of damages on the floor and the Walls. Also the beds were Dirty!
The Lady on the reception was rude to us. She had the terms and conditions that we needed to sign only in dutch. I asked her to Print them out in english She Said no, Sign it or leave.
I don’t speak dutch, there Should be english versions for international guests. The rudest reception I have ever Seen.
The warm Water did not work in the shower. I asked them for help,...

"We were very happy with the location and majority of amentities.
We did not see a thermostat, which would have been helpful during the heat wave, but the temperature was bearable at whatever the standard setting was.
The couch had stains on it which was in contrast of how pristine and beautiful the rest of the accommodation was.
There was no hand soap or hand towels for washing hands throughout the unit which was odd.
Beautiful, comfortable, lots of windows.
