"Everything was great check in was quick. The young blonde guy at check in was very nice I didn’t catch his name. We had only a few issues our bathroom light and outlets weren’t working but front desk got it fixed. The pillows had absolutely no support my neck hurt the next morning and a couple of the towels had hair on them. "

"Everything was great at this property. I normally get a room with handicap assistance, and this room is one of the best laid out designs. Staff, breakfast, and room were all great!"

"Parking lot is shared with a bar so parking was awful. The bar had music blasting outside plus strobe lights shining outside both of which came right into our room. The elevator and hallways looked like they hadn't been cleaned in months. The door trim to the inside of the bathroom looked like it had been shredded by a dog. Any room maintenance that had been done looked like it had been done by a 5 year old. Breakfast was not great, eggs were cardboard and waffles were soggy."

"Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. However, overall the place felt old. Bed was super soft which meant a terrible night of sleep. The walls were thin. The bathroom was nerve racking as we questioned every time if the toilet was going to fully flush- thankfully it did but, again, just seemed like everything was on the brink of needing major updates. The Fridge froze my food which was unfortunate because all I needed was to keep it cold. Breakfast was fine but “fresh” fruit equalled green...

"We stayed in a two-bedroom suite for three nights with our three children. Cons: • In need of some small updates and repairs. Living room window wasn't properly sealed and let in both cold air and ants (crawling on the sill and vent). The couch had stained cushions, and the curtains had staining and rips. We noticed this in some other areas of the hotel as well. In the breakfast area, the cushions were heavily flaking/peeling. Pool chairs also had rips. There was also a hole/leak above the...
