My husband and I arrived from Milano and checked in at the property at 10:30 pm. Upon arriving in room 242 with the thermostat not functioning and set at 25 Celsius we called the front desk. They informed us that the system would be reset. What followed was a series of follies filled with frustration, awful customer service, and pathetic excuses by the staff.
After over an hour we were begrudgingly transferred to a new room 104. The thermostat was functional, but the room lacked towels, sheets, water, tea kettle...
It was well after 1a.m. and my husband and I could not believe how disappointed we had been with our choice to experience the hotel. On a couple of occasions we called down to the front desk and there was no follow up. At no time did your staff apologize for the inconveniences that we experienced and their lack of effort in resolving the matter.
I am afraid to think that this is normal or typical at this property.
