THIS LOCATION CAN'T BE BEAT!!! 2 minute walk (on paved Downtown Trail) to the new Momentary contemporary art museum, with a fabulous rooftop Tower Bar to watch the sunset, Rode Bar, and also Onyx Coffee Lab. 4 minute walk to the popular 8th Street Market with many food trucks, Bike Rack Brewing Co, Yeyo's, and much more. Stroll to the downtown area in less than 10 minutes. There you will find an amazing array of trendy restaurants, bars, shops, Sam Walton Museum, farmer's market, and many other fun activities. Take the trail from there for a beautiful shaded walk to Crystal Bridges Art Museum, for their world class art collection. Compton Gardens is at the beginning of this trail. Half a mile from Walmart Headquarters campus.

We had an excellent stay. The house was just as described and had absolutely everything we needed. We loved the decor and artwork and the beds were very comfortable. Check in was easy and Debbie was very helpful with recommendations for places to eat and things to do. The house location made it very easy to walk or ride bikes to the square, Crystal Bridges, restaurants and is right on a bike trail. We had a great stay and hope visit again soon.

Very bougie and very lovely. Debbie is a great host and has stocked the bathrooms and bedrooms with very high end products. Debbie was helpful and knowledgeable of the area and any questions were answered promptly.

Exploring Bentonville

The reviews are all spot on. Trailside at the Momentary is fantastic. The place is stocked with more than you can imagine. When I saw the Nespresso machine in the pictures, I packed our own coffee pods. Surprise, the place already had dozens of pods available. Maybe a minor thing, but that captures the thoughtfulness of the owner. We didn't cook in but the kitchen was amply stocked with cookware. The place was very clean, like the cleanest VRBO I've ever booked. Not a knock on the place, but if you are light sleeper I would recommend an eye mask. The street light outside the main bedroom is bright. Great location, well-decorated, cable, fast internet, nice place to sit outside, snacks, water, bottle of sparkling wine, tootsie roll pops, coffee pods, umbrellas, tons of toiletries, comfortable seating, garage, easy walk to dining options, so there's all that.

Super nice with plenty of fabulous art! The floor plan is so accommodating ! The location is great! We walked most places, short drive to crystal bridges! The home is stocked with all essentials! Outdoor patio area was just right for our family of 6 to grill and hang out!

Perfect location, beautiful home!

Loved the trail side home. Beautifully decorated,Well furnished, had every convenience you could need. The owner has thought of every detail - a selection of coffees, phone chargers, extra blankets, fabulous art & decor. Thank you, we loved our time there.

Golf Trip

This was a short golf trip with my brother and adult son. This house was perfect for three adult men, we each had our own bedroom and the master bath was plenty large for two to share, as it has double sinks and a massive shower. The house seems brand new and was incredibly well equipped/stocked, including both coffee and espresso makers. There were charging cables in nearly every room, which was so nice. The house also has a nice size garage which easily fit my Chevy Tahoe. Communications and check-in / check- out were a breeze. This was a 5-Star experience in every possible way.

Amazing Stay

There was literally nothing we wanted or needed which wasn’t also in the unit, and it had many things I hadn’t even considered but were nice to have. The owner is friendly and an excellent communicator. I had high expectations which were clearly exceeded. I’d definitely stay again.

This was one of the BEST properties I’ve ever stayed in!! Wow! Such fun and fully stocked house with 5 star amenities. My family of 4 was very comfy and loved all the places we could walk to. Debbie gave us a great list of things to do and places to eat. Had a great time exploring Bentonville for the first time and I would highly recommend this house to anyone!!!
