Welcome to our beautiful rustic ranch style 3 bed 2 bath home located just 3 minutes from downtown Bentonville Arkansas! This charming home combines a cozy and comfortable ambiance with modern amenities to create the perfect stay. The décor features a lovely blend of rustic and modern elements throughout. The home can accommodate up to 7 guests and provides all the necessary amenities for your stay with a fully stocked kitchen. Bike shops and Walmart Super Center are walking distance from home!

Quick Visit

Just a quick overnight. Had trouble with the front door lock but the owner responded very fast and solved our problem. He was super friendly too.

One night stay

For a one night stay this was cheaper than a hotel room once split between 3 couples but….tv in living area would not work. We could not get property manager to respond to our calls, there was power but it would not work. We were told there were TVs in each bedroom…we came to spend time together and watch football NOT in our own bedrooms. Toilet seat in main bath fell off of the toliet. Light in the master bathroom did not work. No rug at the front door and since it was raining we had nothing to wipe wet, dirty feet on. Bunk bed was super squeaky every time you moved! Trash in kitchen trashcan had not been taken out from previous guests. There were some positives—-Located in a good area, coffee supplied, soap for showers, plenty of towels.

Could be a nice average place, but the host could give a rats ass about your little problems regarding missing and broken stuff. like, coffee pot missing parts, no sponge, trash bags or soap. No toaster. (we bought one, your welcome) or batteries for the TV that doesn't work. TV doesn't work, ice maker doesn't dispense. The yard is like in a third world country, NO response from host.

You get what you pay for

We didn’t pay much and if you’re looking for somewhere basic to sleep, then it’s fine, but to a bunch of 40-something women, it was lacking. First of all, the dining room table is Barbie sized, so it was useless as anything but a bench. Next, every lightbulb was a 1000 mw headache inducing naked bulb. The bedrooms were bare minimum. No nightstands, no lamps, no dresser, just a bed and closet. There is clearly water damage from the main shower, so that needs to be addressed. And there was one spare roll of toilet paper. Maybe it was because we only spent one night and that is the nightly allowance, but come on. Half the outlets didn’t work. The oven didn’t work. (When we asked the owner they gave some kind of excuse that it’s brand new but keeps breaking. Well then, guess what? You buy a new one.). The coffee maker didn’t come with any instructions and must have come from a magical land because Google couldn’t even find that exact model to give us instructions. Literally an hour after we started trying to make a pot of coffee, we were able to finally have some. We arrived at night, so we didn’t notice the backyard until the next morning where we saw garbage and garbage bags strewn about. Oh and there was WiFi, but we were never given the password. The owners need to make a book filled with instructions, the password, etc. Overall this had the feel of someone desperately trying to make some extra money, but not living up to what one expects from a Vrbo by a longshot

Disappointed in so many ways

Advertised “No Cleaning Fee” & “full kitchen”but neither was true. Oven & ice maker not working, no toaster,very few cups,no wine glasses/cork screw,tiny kitchen table,dangerous flooring flaw in middle of kitchen-I tripped while holding grandchild! No serving bowl,dish towels or sponge. No bath towels/wash clothes. Found damp sheets wadded up in tiny dryer. NO blankets for any beds. Host did bring 3 thin “throws” to the house w additional tpaper per my request. Host was aware that the weather was 34 degrees.Comforters didn’t look clean. Only 1 roll of tpaper in each bathroom. Only 1 towel rack per bathroom. Bathmats were found on floor-dirty on top & underneath. No drain cover in master bath. No soaps,shampoo or conditioner as advertised. Bedrooms had nothing in them but a bed and 2 hangers in each closet. No where to put eye glasses,book,phone,glass of water etc. Not even a chair for sitting to put on shoes or something to hold suitcase. All bedrooms/baths were dirty,dusty & not vacuumed well. Only one uncomfortable couch in the “sitting area” w/room for 3 people at the most. No additional chairs & not even a coffee table to set a drink or bowl of popcorn on. No easy/safe way to get up steps to front porch- no railing on stairs-there’s a drop off to the sides w no safeguard. Yard was a mess-trash all over back yard. Discarded pipes,light fixtures etc in front/side yards. Driveway difficult to find bc no yard work done. So bad that we packed up & left a day early

Nice but still needs work

This home has been renovated recently, but some things still need to be finished. The handles on the bathroom cabinets were not installed which made it difficult to access the drawers. The towel bar in one bathroom was not properly installed and fell off the wall. Had my husband had his tools, he could have fixed it, but it was annoying. The owner might want to consider adding small dressers in the bedroom closets. There was no way to unpack for a longer stay. Fully furnished kitchen should include more than 4 glasses, cups and plates. It needs a toaster and a couple of dish towels. The dishwasher had to be emptied. We were also surprised to find the dryer full of towels and the washer full of sheets. I finished the laundry. It would also be helpful if there was a list provided to say what our host expected us to do upon departure which is usually provided. Additionally, it would be good to have a hand rail at the front steps. Overall, it was obvious our host was still working on the property. It was comfortably furnished and the beds were comfortable. It was well priced and the neighborhood was quiet and centrally located.

Easy to rent, OK for the money

Good location for access to bike trails. Sign-up for the rental was easy. It isn't lovely from the outside but OK inside. I could not get the oven to work. The bed and shower were Good. Dirty dishes were found in the dishwasher and old laundry was still in the dryer. There was a corkscrew but NO WINE GLASSES!! OK for the money.

Very nice welcoming home

We stayed one night because of an early wedding the next morning. It was my first VRBO so I wasn’t sure what to expect. This did not disappoint. The owner was VERY responsive to any questions. I asked about having an iron to iron the bridesmaid dresses and there was one waiting for us when we arrived. Our stay was short but the experience was top notch.

Two nights in Bentonville

The property was very nice.… Clean… Functioned well. It was very accessible to what we wanted to do and see in Bentonville. I liked that it did not charge extra for cleaning. Because we felt good about that, we strip the beds before leaving, gathered up the towels, and saw that the dishes were done.

Amp show

We enjoyed the short drive back after watchingbthe Fallout Boy concert at the Wal-Mart Amp. Plenty of hot water for midnight showers before getting some much needed sleep. Very quiet and relaxing.

Bentonville

Location was amazing; everything to do in Bentonville was within 10 min! And there was enough space, everything was very clean. Only recommendation is updating the furniture, none of the beds were very comfy and the carpet was tiny. Overall so glad we booked!

Good Value, Great Potential

After a slight check-in delay due to the owners wanting to make sure everything worked perfectly after the previous guest's checkout, we easily found the house and got in. Our first impression? The things you want to see are higher-end like the appliances, lighting, etc were (super cool LR ceiling fan). As we got to know the house, a couple quirky things came up. Hardly any TP, the ice-maker didn't, the kitchen island drawers weren't on sliders and eere loaded with silverware - which was a little unnerving when the drawers tilted toward out toes - and our toes were dirty because the floors still dusty from the remodel (I'm guessing). The house was quiet and comfortable. A 4pm checkin that was delayed and 11am checkout felt a little rushed. The yard still needs some post- remodel care and tidying up. But all-in-all, we couldn't beat the price and the stay felt safe and carefully considered.
