Lakeview Oasis has a panoramic lake view from the deck perfect for any getaway!

The breath taking views off the deck from this 1600 sq ft home of new construction will relax you like no other. Water view from your left to your right of the lake!! The sunsets and sunrises are quiet amazing!! It has 3 bedrooms: master with a king size bed, guest room with a queen bed, and the bunk room with 2 full size beds and 1 twin trundle plus a futon. The living room couch makes a giant square ready for a few extra friends or some great cuddle time! The property comes with lots of amenities you'd find at home such as a coffee pot & coffee, crock pot, baking pans for muffins and more, a wine chiller, iron & ironing board, hair dryer, washer & dryer, grill, hangers, plus much more. All one level makes it's easily accessible for everyone too.
There are many points of lake access near by and one is just 200 yards away from the house and includes a small beach area. You can also take a short drive to Prairie Creek Marina and launch your boat or rent one, grab fuel and a snack, and go enjoy the day.
Northwest Arkansas offers many restaurants, coffee shops, parks, trails, micro breweries, and outdoor and indoor venues to explore and golf locations galore. Downtown Rogers and Lake Atlanta just 10 minutes away offers 2 park areas and is great for running, walking, bikes, scooters, and more. Bentonville is only about 25 minutes away and offers great activities and museums as well. We can't wait for you to relax and stay awhile!!

Relaxing Home

We really enjoyed staying for 3 nights here. It was incredibly clean and the view is truly beautiful. The master bed is very comfortable and all of the linens are very fresh and plenty of them. The kitchen was fun to cook in and plenty of utensils and dishware. We will be renting again for sure to relax and visit family in Rogers, AR.

Incredible experience!

This place had everything! All the amenities everyone wants from a rental like this. The view was spectacular. The beds were very comfortable for my wife and I! We like soft beds. We have a sleep number and we a 35. And the house is very close to all the other options Ark has to offer…shopping, hiking, eating!

Great spot

The house was overall perfect. Nice quiet spot. Has every cooking utensil and item you need. Plenty of spices and condiments. Regular coffee pot and Keurig. Plenty of towels. We had 6 people and there was plenty of room. Good communication with the host. I would definitely recommend it.

Beautiful Easter Family Getaway

Precious Easter memories were made at this beautiful lake view getaway! We had everything we needed to carry on with our Easter traditions! From playing games and dying Easter eggs on the balcony to a comfy night's sleep in the cozy beds, our expectations were exceeded! We have marked it as a favorite and will be sure to visit again! ♥️

Great place!

Very clean and nicely updated property. My two girls and I really enjoyed it. Location is great. Close to town and the state park. If you’re looking for a trip in the ozarks, this is it! Property management was quick to respond with any questions. Would definitely recommend.

Great Lake View Property

Everything is as described about this home! It’s very well stocked with everything you need. Communicating with Valerie was easy and very fast! She even reached out when bad weather was coming in! Plenty of towels (very nice ones too), comfy beds with extra blankets and pillows, laundry detergent and dryer sheets! The view was beautiful from the deck and you could easily get down to a safe spot for swimming. We will definitely keep this listing as a favorite! Thank you, Valerie, for thinking of everything we would need!

We came here for my dads 80th birthday. Property is so beautiful and clean! Great location and lots of windows to give nice view of the lake from bedroom and main part of house. Short walk down the road to the water Will definetly be booking again in the future!!

Beautiful home, stunning view!

This gorgeous home was the perfect place for us to stay while we enjoyed riding around the Ozarks! The owners were wonderful and easy to work with. I’d highly recommend!

A little confused by the outside (looked small) but was incredibly surprised and overwhelmed by the beautiful decorating and the sunrise on the lake was outstanding. Great getaway for three couples during parents weekend at university of Arkansas!! Thank you!!

Beaver Lake Weekend

We had a wonderful stay! The house is like new. It is close to the lake and offers beautiful views of the lake. The house was stocked with everything we needed for preparing meals. We were thankful for the extra towels, blankets, and bedding. Our group had the house at capacity and we had plenty of space!

Refreshing break from the city

The house was very clean, had all of the amenities that you could ask for. The picture windows in the Master were a huge plus for us, we didn't expect to have a view of the lake from there too. The house is on a hill, so you have a great view!

Great hose for families!

Extremely clean and a great place for families. The showers are new and very nice. The parking is very convenient. The marina is handy and only a few miles away. The decor was also nice and updated.

Beaver Lake Summer

We rented this house for the whole month of July. We had 3 different groups come and share the month with us. This house accomodated us all from babies to us old folks!! The kitchen is very well stocked and the home was VERY clean. We could have used a few more towels and wash cloths and the pots and pans need some updating, but overall it's a great property.

I think 12 people max is a little excessive when the limit to vehicles are only 4. That was challenging. Neighbors were friendly, host was helpful when need be. I’d go back if it were a smaller group.

A GEM...AND THE VIEW!!

Rented this adorable home with 2 other couples. The interior of the home is updated and just beautiful. It is very clean and comfortable. There is plenty of space and different areas to gather. The deck has plenty of seating and a nice grill that we used. The view was AMAZING! The weather was chilly but we bundled up and sat outside anyway. So peaceful looking out over the lake. The kitchen has plenty of pans/dishes/silverware as well as a dual coffee maker for a pot of coffee or pods. I don't think I've ever rented a vacation home with so many little extra touches (such as a ton of board/card games and a basket of cozy throw blankets). Highly recommended :)
