Had a great stay! Place is exactly as described. The backyard was very relaxing which is where we spent most of our time, by the fire pit. Communication with the host is the best I’ve ever experienced, responds almost immediately

Overall, everything was good. Communication was great. It was not a bad drive to silver beach and close to a grocery store. The kitchen was small, but we didn’t do a ton of cooking. The bathroom is absolutely tiny. We liked the fire pit in the back.

Host was responsive. Quiet neighborhood. Home was clean and had all the necessities. It was a really hot weekend but the air conditioning kept us cool. We were only there to sleep and shower so we did not get to enjoy the outside patio area.

Overall we had a great experience. Hot tub was nice, proximity to st joes was perfect. Host was wonderful to work with and was very responsive to questions. Only downsides were the squeaky beds. Anytime my husband or I would move at night it was loud and would wake the other up. The ac unit in the main living area was also very loud. But besides that the house was comfortable for our 2 night stay.

This property was fine. Its a much older home, however the updates are nice. Its location is ideal given you’re a short drive to a lot of attractions. Host was nice and communicative.

what a great rental especially staying with two young kids! about a 10 minute drive to the beach and downtown. the house has everything you need for your stay! super super clean! like others mentioned no central air but the window units kept up super nicely while we were there! there were also extra fans to help circulate the cool air! we loved hanging out in the backyard and letting the kids run before bed! hot tub was awesome and CLEAN and well taken care of! i’m not sure there is more I could’ve asked for!

Hot tub was great and the space was phenomenal. We had a small girls weekend, ate a few meals in and a few meals out! The two twin beds were squeaky everytime we rolled over but we made due. Close enough to enjoy the area but quiet enough to walk the neighborhood.
