Valet service was severely behind schedule and police were ticketing the cars waiting for hotel valet service. Also the king size bed was not given a fitted sheet for the mattress. Easy check-in. The lady that checked us in was so helping. She let us know that we can us Tower City to walk through to the event we went to at Rocket Arena. I had no clue there was such a thing. The room was clean and had a great tv for my tv addicted husband. LOL.
