"This property is very beautiful in an even more beautiful setting. Walter (property manager) was extremely responsive to requests and Jim the owner was quick to answer messages. Our entire family enjoyed this property. A few things to note the road getting there is extremely rough, when they tell you that 4 wheel drive is required that is not an overstatement. You will want to make sure you have everything you need before you head to the house because getting into town is not a small feat....

"Our family had a great time during our spring break. The house was clean, comfortable, and in a great location for our day trips to the ATM cave, Mayan ruins in Belize, and visiting Tikal. The host was great and met us on arrival and was there for check out. You should also consider arranging for the arrival dinner. It was really good and made for a relaxing first night.the gardens were beautiful, well maintained and the kids loved the pool."

"Great location for us to base our adventures in San Ignacio! Our hosts were attentive and were quick to respond to any issues we had! The pool was an excellent bonus that we used every night! Highly recommend staying here for San Ignacio "

"Beautiful property within a community still being built. This is going to be a fantastic development when fully finished. You definitely will need a 4-wheel drive vehicle to access it (especially in the rainy season). "Tom's condo was the nicest one we have stayed at when staying at the Calypso. Bed was lheavenly as were the pillows which rarely happens in our vacation homes. "

"The picture of the house was from the back. If a photo had been included of the front we wouldn’t have stayed. Nice inside but didn’t feel safe."

"Property was in excellent condition and very clean. Front room has no A/C but if both bedroom doors were open and the fans were turned on, it cooled down nicely. We only used the A/C when we were there during the day and we were fine. The furnishings were fine too. Neighbor hood was typical Belize with both nice and run down houses. "This home was lovely and spacious for our family of 5 - comfortable beds, AC, and well appointed! We loved having coffee on the back patio listening to the birds and the plunge pool was refreshing after a day exploring the town. Easy walk (be prepared for the uphill back home) to Cahal Pech and wonderful local restaurants. Great communication with the host - we can’t wait to return!"

"Overall, the property was great. We did have the hot water heater go out, and there is an air conditioning in every room, but the property manager communicated great greatly and provided us a discount of 50 for the inconvenience of not having hot water for three of our four days there."
