"A group of high school friends rented this property for a long weekend. The location is perfect - near Crosby - and there are lots to do in the area. Golfing, biking & water activities. The property itself is somewhat outdated but it was VERY spacious for our group of 4 couples. With 7 bedrooms everyone got to pick. The kitchen could use a bit more serving pieces and one suggestion would be to label the outside of the drawers/cabinets to help find everything needed faster given the size of the...

"The property is as described. It is clean and stocked with everything you will need for your stay. The pontoon is an added bonus. We had fun floating in the lake and motoring around on the boat. Dave is on the spot with his communication. We really enjoyed our stay! "

"We had a fabulous family get together. Everything was as described. Very well stocked for large group. Great communication. We loved all the space, games, and the pickleball court was a hit! Any minor issues we had were addressed right away. Great place! "

"Ive stayed in a few houses and this one wasnt much different except all the extras she had! From dog toys and coffee to bath bombs and snacks...it was so generous (even though i didnt use most of it, i did enjoy the chocolate!)"

"Beautiful property that held our big family! So much sleeping space, and areas to gather together. "

"Our family - mom, dad, teen - really enjoyed your stay at Eagle Sands. We went kayaking, swimming, exploring, and hiking around the area. The house is very comfortable and had everything we needed. I saw eagles, hummingbirds, butterflies, and even pelicans!"

"Beautiful sunsets. Outdoor areas great for outdoor games (we brought cornhole), eating Al fresco, and campfires. Lake was nice, had some activity but not overly loud. Boat launch is not too far and dock at cabin was very nice. Took daily 2 mile walks on the road, neighborhood seemed friendly - bring your books to exchange at the Little Free Libraries. Cabin was clean and cozy, had everything we needed to cook our meals and space for game nights. "

"We stayed for 4 nights with our family (6 adults, 4 kids, and 1 dog). This cabin was perfect for what we needed. Each couple got a room along with the bunk room for the kids (which was a huge hit). The included amenities were extensive: kayaks, paddle board, fully stocked kitchen, games, grill, fire pit, and more. It was also a beautiful lake - quiet and a great sunset view each night. We spent time during the day exploring the surrounding area including Kathio and Father Hennepin state parks....

"Nice and clean, plenty of room, great fishing. Kayaking was fun. Lots of fun just bonding with the family. Eagles every day and a buck came to visit. Plenty of parking. We hope to be back "

"The manager called to confirm our room number and door code- assured us she'd test the code to make sure it would work for us and glad she did. Rain was coming down when we arrived and we got in quickly! Room was very clean/updated, all guests were polite and staff is very friendly as well. Would recommend"

"This was a really nice upgrade from our typical deer camp. There were plenty of beds and space for a group of hunters. "

"We loved this house and location. Close to the regional bike trail for access into Cayuna MTB trails. House was spacious, clean, and well stocked. We made dinner there every night and slept great. Nice sitting areas outside. We will save this location for when we return to Crosby."

"Family trip to the cabin. We were a family of nine including grandparents. The layout of the home was especially great for a multigeneration trip. The backyard facing the lake was especially nice and quiet. "

"Wonderful lakeside cabin with huge yard perfect for all the yard games! Kelly and Luke were great host who answered all of our questions. We added the optional pontoon rental and had the best day on the lake! "

"Extremely clean, good communication. Next time we are in the area i will stay there again. But this time i will make arrangements yo have more than two pods for two people for two days. We checked the laundry room like we were told but there was none. Realy is no big deal . "
