"Staff friendly and helpful. The room was clean, but a bit basic. Bedside light didn’t work. Leaking outside drainpipe woke us up early morning. Limited power sockets in room. Breakfast was good."

"Hotel razoável pelo preço, bem localizado (a 5 quadras do Castelo de Caernarfon). Silencioso à noite, só se ecutam as gaivotas. A pesar do calor intenso desses dias, o quarto era razoavelmente fresco, por ter boa ventilação. A pesar do hotel ter SPA no nome, só tem piscina, saunas seca e húmida. ..."

"Lovely room with bay window and sea view . The hotel is clean although a little tired but ideal location . En suite was very small had to reverse in to sit on toilet but otherwise all ok"
