It is located 0 m from the "Levante" sandy beach, 10 m from the "local" restaurant, 100 m from the "urban" bus station, 200 m from the "local" supermarket, 1 km from the city "Benidorm old town", 2 km from the "Mundomar" theme park, 2 km from the "Acualandia" water park, 5 km from the "Aqua Natura" water park, 5 km from the "Terra Natura" theme park, 5 km from the "Villaitana" Golf course, 6 km from the "Terra Mitica" theme park, 7 km from the "el Albir" rocky beach, 45 km from the "Alicante - Renfe" train station, 55 km from the "el Altet - Alicante" airport and is located in a residential area and next to the sea.
It has a lift, glazed terrace, iron, internet access (communal wifi included), heat pump heating, air conditioning (payable), 1 Television.
There is a communal car park in the building (there is no guaranteed parking space for each apartment)
The independent, electric kitchen is equipped with a fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, crockery/cutlery, utensils/kitchen, toaster, kettle and juicer.
Apartment building with private rentals. They do not have a reception area on the ground floor.
The reception is at our office FINCAS ARENA.
The community area of the building, as well as its services (gardens, swimming pool, tennis, children's playground or any other type of facility or service), do not depend on us and the operating hours and conditions of use will be as indicated by the Owners' Association
The apartments come with towels and sheets, and are delivered clean upon entry. Upon departure, they must be left clean, tidy, and without rubbish (otherwise, the extra cost incurred will be deducted from the deposit).
Pets of any kind are only accepted upon request and must be expressly accepted in writing by us (consult us, they may carry a supplement).
If there is parking and it does not indicate that it is private, then the parking is communal and there is no guaranteed parking space for each apartment. (Only one car can be parked per apartment and only if a space is available).
These are optional (paid) services, air conditioning (if available) unless it is expressly indicated that it is included in the price.

See optional supplements when booking (some extras may have a minimum price per stay regardless of the number of nights of the customers' stay). Some optional services may be subject to availability by the external provider.
Our customers have an emergency maintenance service for the apartment available 24 hours through a contact telephone number (only for apartment problems that cannot wait until our reception office opening hours). Misuse or abuse of this service will entail a cost for the client.
The key handover is always at our reception office, not in the building they have booked. For this, they must come to Fincas Arena. If they arrive after the office is closed in the afternoon or on holidays, there will be a list in the shop window with the names of clients and a telephone number to call, and a person will bring the keys to the door of our office in a few minutes (if they anticipate arriving outside of office hours and notify us, they help us organize and minimize their waiting time when they arrive at our office). Optionally, we can bring the keys to the apartment address, but this service has a supplement (consult).
Outside of working hours we only deliver 1 set of apartment keys and if they notify that they are coming with a car, a remote control or parking access key, when they check in we can give them another set of apartment keys.
The photos of apartments shown on our website are of a typical apartment, since having several apartments in each building and being apartments of private owners, there may be variation in the type of furniture or decoration, height, views, etc., but the services in the description are practically the same in all of them.
The entry to the apartments is at 5:00 PM (if the apartment is clean and prepared before, the keys can be delivered earlier (this may involve an extra cost). Even if requested in advance, we cannot guarantee that the apartment will be available before this time.
The departure from the apartments is at 10:00 hrs (if you wish to leave later, please consult with our staff the possibility of a late check-out from the apartment. (It has an extra cost), it is subject to availability until the day before departure.
Therefore, free of charge, both on the day of arrival and departure, we can store your luggage in our office (service available only during our opening hours, not on Sundays or holidays).
At our reception office, they have tourist information, city maps and can contract all kinds of additional services both for the stay in the apartment and to enjoy the daytime and nighttime sports, cultural and leisure activities offered by the city and its surroundings.
For our customers we can offer them a transfer service from and to Alicante airport or train station, either by taxi or private transport companies (VTC) or minibuses for groups. If they arrive at night or on holidays we can arrange for them to be picked up at the airport already with the keys to their apartment and taken there directly.
We can also help them manage to confirm their return transfer or print their boarding passes (service with an additional cost)
Tickets to theme parks (Terra Mitica, Terra Natura, Mundomar, Acualandia, Aquanatura), party venues, Benidorm Palace, Molino, Benidorm Circus, guided tours to nearby towns or Valencia, car rental, electric vehicle rental for people with reduced mobility (in some buildings we can provide a charging area if rented with us, please check), diving or sports activities and nature contact through specialised companies. Nightclub tickets for special dates (especially New Year's Eve).
We can offer tickets for various concerts and events that take place in Benidorm throughout the year, for this they can contact us or follow the blog we have on our website.
If they need socio-health services, we have them through an external provider (babysitters, accompaniment, personal hygiene, nursing, physiotherapy, medication control, etc).
