This vacation house was the best we have ever stayed at. Every morning when we walked into the kitchen, we exclaimed, "Wow!" The brightness of the house**,** and the open view of the water and its surroundings**,** were absolutely beautiful. The interior of the house itself was gorgeously designed**,** and the gourmet kitchen was beautiful as well as functional. The house was well stocked with supplies**,** down to a wide variety of seasonings. Its location was perfect for exploring the Bay Area and playing golf. You have to experience it yourself to truly appreciate the value of this vacation home. We thank Evolve and the staff who helped us enjoy our stay seamlessly."

Beautiful view, but positives end there. The floor was filthy and I had to spend a couple hours the first night cleaning the floors so my toddler could crawl around. There were beer cans in the backyard and rotting potatoes in the pantry. It was 90 degrees indoors when we checked in and took 12 hours to drop below 80 when we turned AC on. There were no towels in the bathrooms so we had to hunt around until we found old stained mismatched towels in a cabinet in one of the rooms. Not child safe - outdoor space is unusable, lots of unsecured heavy furniture and knives in low drawers.
