THE HOME
On the edge of the Deschutes National Forest, minutes from the heart of Bend, this modern high desert residence is a study in restraint: clean lines, warm materials, and light that shifts with the hour. The living spaces rise to the upper floor, so mornings begin above the fairways and evenings end with the sun setting behind the Cascades.

THE KITCHEN
The heart of the house, and its quiet triumph. Quartz counters, custom cabinetry, and a Wolf range anchor a kitchen stocked with the care of a devoted home chef. A Breville espresso machine grinds beans to order beside a Nespresso, a French press, and a row of house syrups for the perfect morning latte. Smith Teas from Portland, a well-edited spice pantry, stemware for wine and martinis, and every tool you might reach for.

THE GREAT ROOM
Sink into a generous new sectional before the gas fireplace while a Vestaboard flips through playful messages overhead. A Scrabble corner glows under its own lamp, and a deep library of board games waits for a rainy afternoon. At the dining table, dinner for eight (or a convivial twelve) gives way to the evening's surprise: lift the top to reveal a full pool table, cues at the ready.

THE TERRACE
Double French doors fold the great room onto a broad deck facing Tetherow's fairways, with the Cascades peeking through the pines. An outdoor sofa, armchairs with ottomans, and a gas grill set the scene for long golden-hour cocktails.

THE GARDEN LEVEL
Below, a private courtyard holds a six-person hot tub, professionally cleaned before every arrival, and a fire pit ringed by six Adirondack chairs. A s'mores board awaits, with our compliments.

Each room is dressed in Quince linens over premium mattresses, with two plush robes, a smart TV, and thoughtful storage.

• Bunk Room: twin-over-full and twin-over-twin bunks, en suite, TV, and French doors opening to the courtyard. A hideaway the younger set will claim on arrival. *See note on bunks below.

Walk-in showers throughout, with one tub/shower combination on the garden level. Plush Quince towels, fine bath products, hair dryers, and straighteners.

Guest access
The entire home is yours, including the private backyard, hot tub, fire pit, and upper deck. Self check-in with a smart lock code sent before arrival.

Not included:
• A few cabinets marked with a key lock are reserved for housekeeping
• The garage is locked (future home gym)
*• Tetherow's resort pool, fitness center, shuttle and hotel amenities are NOT included with this rental. Our guests DO have access to resort dining, golf, and trails. Golf tee times are booked directly with Tetherow.

Parking: 2 off street parking spots on the driveway, and plenty of open spots nearby. No garage parking please.

Other things to note
• Bunk room update: Stays before November 5, 2026 have one twin-over-full bunk (sleeps 3). The second twin-over-twin bunk arrives by then, bringing the room to 4 beds.
• Rental agreement: A rental agreement with guest verification is required for every booking before check-in instructions are sent.
• Resort amenities: Tetherow's pool and fitness center are not available to our guests.

PETS
Up to two well-behaved dogs are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee. No cats or other animals.
